We booked this car service to make our early morning departure from Kyoto less stressful. It definitely achieved that objective! Operator communicated clearly before trip and the driver also communicated clearly before our trip. Car was luxurious, driver kind and drove safely and courteously. Got us to the airport in plenty of time!!!! 5 stars!!! Well worth it!

It got the job done and the car was nice. The driver was silent the whole time and no ask of A/C or music. According to my suggested route. She took a much much longer route than needed.
