Collection from all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh start at around 08:00 am. Transfer by air conditioned vehicle to the National park and you will be accompanied by our guide at all times. Don't forget to take your swimming and snorkeling gear with you! He will explain to you what you will see and what you can do throughout the time in the park. He is full of information so please listen to him and ask as many questions as you like. You have to explore the reefs around the area along with some swimming or snorkeling in the Magic lake and some guests just sit and relax in the beautifully clear and warm waters or take a snorkel in Allah's garden reef. You will be shown the great Earthquake crack and told why these are here, the marvellous mangrove swamp and the salt marshes.

Too much time wasted to rent equipment and buy things.
It was not a guided tour.

I was not picked up. I was told pickups star at 8:00 and that I would be told my exact time of pickup. I was not told and I tried to reach the coordinator via whatsup to get this information but he did not respond. I waited at the lobby from 8:00 but no one came and I could not reach the coordinator. At 8:40 he told me the car is waiting outside the hotel. I went to look for the car but could not find it. Then I was told the car could not get into the hotel premisses and left at 8:20. They told me they are checking if the car can come back but no one returned to me and eventually at 9:10 I sent. message I would like to cancel the whole thing. I wasted over an hour and eventually it was too late to order another trip.

First of all, the reef was very beautiful and going there is worth it. However, the service of this activity was unsatisfying. First, we were picked up 15 min later than communicated and had an additional stop at a rental station for snorkeling equipment which was not mentioned in the description. For that we have lost another half hour. We also returned half an hour earlier than the indicated 5 hours. Second, the tour guide was regularly telling inappropriate and sexist jokes. Third, we only went snorkeling at one spot even though the description says it will be done twice. Also the snorkeling itself was disappointing as the guide stressed us constantly to move along so that we did not have the time to properly explore the reef on our own. Moreover, I want to mention that we did not snorkel at the more famous and more beautiful reefs. A root cause of this disappointment is that the description of this tour is very poor as you will not really have an idea what will happen and if your money is well spent.

Besides the fact that I have been insulted by the Guide for absolutely no reason, don't advertise this tour as a full day when it is only half a day and there is only one snorkeling stop, not 2. The guide was very unprofessional and apparently racist against French people.
