Get special access into the pristine St. Mark’s Basilica, skipping past the long lines and straight into its opulent interior. St. Mark's Basilica can be subject to unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations or high tides. In this event, your guide will give the tour from the exterior of the Basilica or we will contact clients as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative.
Due to the religious nature of the Basilica, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. A scarf or shawl is acceptable. The activity provider cannot be held responsible for those denied entry

We thoroughly enjoyed this early morning Tour of Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica. There were about 25 people in our Tour Group. Our Tour Guide Tulia spoke excellent English and was extremely knowledgeable about the history and contents of both Tour Sites. Tulia also navigated the entrances to both Sites with ease, which made our experience hassle-free. We were glad we did this early morning Tour as both Sites get very busy and crowded as the day goes on.

Our guide, Marina B, was so kind, friendly, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. There was not question that she could not answer! More than the magnificent art, but also the political history or Venice. She made the tour fascinating and lively. Thank you!

We never went. We got sick and were not able to make it. We were denied a refund. I know that we were past the deadline but even a partial refund would have been nice.
