Rosa was amazing!! She was so very helpful in getting us through the lines and into the VIP lounge. She was so friendly and pleasant. We used VIP Airport Transfer for a Tuesday departure from Aruba booked through our resort.  Like everywhere, it's pricey for an hour worth of service, and the only reason I'd knock off half a star if I could.  But the lines at the airport on a weekday seemed long to us and we liked the service a lot.  There's about six or seven airport check points, etc., to get back to the USA and we marched to the front of the line at all but maybe one.  And there we were the second or third folks in line.  Maybe 30 to 40 minutes total.  We had to wait a few minutes for space to open up in the VIP lounge, but that gave us time to duty-free shop while our hostess found us a spot in the lounge and handled our bags.  The lounge has plenty of snacks, sandwiches, coffee, drinks, and booze in case you miss a meal-time at your hotel before your driver arrives for pick-up.  On a weekday, three hours was plenty early to the airport, so maybe consider two hours early as ok, vs. three hours.  Especially if that lets you stay longer at your resort.  In our case, another hour would have let us check out at noon  (normal time for check-out).  And our plane's departure was delayed an hour on top of it.  We ended up lounging and wandering the airport for almost three hours!   After our first and only Aruba trip, we'd agree with what many others have said: this service is not really needed for arrival (at least on a weekday, like when we arrived) but could be worth it for departure, and maybe even more so for a weekend departure, especially to the USA.  The lines and customs and such returning to the USA from international can almost ruin a vacation for me, and here we were just VIP'd thru it all before even getting on the plane!  Our driver Amauri and hostess Raylane were on top of everything and made sure we stayed on track!

Our departure assistant was right there when we walked into the airport - my word he was so professional and nice. It is so so worth it to arrange for this service when leaving Aruba - would never not use it frankly !! He stayed with us right thru both customs bypassing very long lines thanks to their expertise. Again well worth it !!

If you travel to the US from Aruba and you are not using First Class Aruba VIP service, you are doing it wrong. This is the best money we spend when leaving the island on a Saturday. Lines were long starting outside and then again inside. We bypassed them all!! It took us 25 minutes from beginning to end!! The VIP lounge leaves a lot to be desired, but the AC works great in there, and free drinks! The food is gross, that is the only downside.

Definitely worth the price. When we arrived to the island, we were stuck at the airport for around 2-3 hours! And we had only carry-ons. So we booked the VIP experience for departing the island and it was definitely worth the experience. Hassle and stress free, breezing through the airport. If you are an elder or a parent traveling with your family, this is a must! The attendants help with luggage and make the experience as stress free as possible. The only thing you need to do is hold your passport and take off your shoes at security. You can’t complain.

Zizi was our hostess and met us right out front when our car dropped us at the airport. She zipped us through the entire process from the United counter through the varied Aruban and American checkpoints areas all the way up to the VIP lounge to wait our departure. Great job, Zizi, thanks so much.

My wife and I returned yesterday from a week in Aruba celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary. We used the First Class VIP departure and it was tremendous. We highly recommend it to everyone, especially seniors. We breezed through all the varied Aruban and American checkpoints and never had to touch our luggage. Zizi was our hostess and handled everything right up to drop off at the VIP lounge to wait for departure. She couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. It may seem expensive, but at our age it was well spent.

This was my first experience with the service. Zanya is the best, great personality, manners and smile. She was very professional. I enjoyed the service thoroughly. I'll definitely do it again.
