We drove from West Palm Beach all the way to the beach and the NEVER showed up and did not even receive a courtesy call. Said they were short of staff.

I reserved this tour more than a month in advance. Business states no cancellation for any reason. No refund. Less than 3 hours before the tour, I received a text stating our tour was sold out and we were cancelled. Fortunately, we were refunded but it was too late to schedule something else. We were only in town for one afternoon and my husband has never been to South Beach. We thought it would be a great way to learn and see as much as possible. How disappointing. The reason given is their system doesn’t communicate with Viator, where we booked. If that’s the case, why make it available and promote it on Viator? Terrible.

Dawn was the perfect tour guide. She provided expert commentary and the site of South Beach. She was Extremely accommodating of what we wanted to see. I highly recommend this tour and if you can get Dawn as your guide, all the better!

We learned so much about South Beach on this tour and had fun! Alexia was our guide and she was very knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. You see so much in 90 minutes!! I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Victor, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the sights and history of South Beach especially Espanola Way, Ocean Drive and South Pointe Park. We made note of our favorite areas and restaurant recommendations and spent even more time exploring on our own!

Victor was fantastic. It was an excellent tour of the area. He was great about texting to be sure we knew where to meet and also recommendations for dinner. Very knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely recommend!
