It was difficult to navigate. Most of the people we had to interact with were nice- the guy at Jo’s coffee was rude. I have no idea why the charge for this was over $25- I could have walked around myself and probably seen more. Huge waste of time and money.

Floating City and Gucci Goodwill. Never would have experience those without doing this Scavenger Hunt. Austin has such beautiful areas that even if you seen some of the "stops" on our hunt it's worth seeing them again with this twist. We had a person with a physical handicap so couldn't do this as fast as most. So the competition aspect didn't apply to us but that didn't matter, it was still so fun. We plan on seeing the other stops throughout the weekend.

The scavenger hunt was not updated for the day of the week nor for the season. On our first stop we wasted so much time looking for something that was not even there due to the change in seasons. At another stop we were to ask the store owner a question about that day's task and the answer given with no enthusiasm was "that was done yesterday." Plus parking at most stops was sparse; so this made the hunt even less fun. The instructions were unclear as to how points were earned or even why you wanted to earn points. Asking us to dress up at a goodwill store using items we were not going to buy was just a rude and inappropriate request. .

This is not a scavenger hunt. Essentially, they provide you with a list of "missions" (listing all the places to go, things to do) and then they assign you points when you do them. So it's the same as if you googled "Things to do in Austin" and followed the results, only you get fake points. I've gone on other Scavenger Hunts before where part of the fun was doing puzzles to figure out where you are going next. NOT THIS. These missions (again, which are given to you), are more filled with embarrassing (or as they call it "creative") things to do, and then you do them. There might have been 1-2 puzzles on the list. My parents were in town for my birthday so we thought this might be a fun thing to do, but the moment we were given the list, we took one look and said no thank you. Waste of money, but you live and your learn.

I used to live in Austin in the 1970s. My wife and I decided to do a getaway from Houston one weekend, and we went up to Austin. While we were there, we found the AlleyKat Adventures tour, and did it. Quite a blast! It took me to many places that I was familiar with and a couple that I wasn’t familiar with, and we just had a grand time. Highly recommend it.

The scavenger hunts were the best part of our multi city family trip! We did the scavenger hunt in two nearby cities in one weekend! Do it at the beginning of your trip to get a good lay of the land! I have a girls trip planned next month in Cali and was so excited to find out that Alley Kat has over ten hunts in that region too! We are going to try to do at least two of them while we are there! You get to see so much more than you ever could on your own! You look back and can’t believe you accomplished so much! Thanks Alley Kat! We’ll be back!

This is the 3rd time we have done these hunts with Ally Kat Adventures and they never disappoint. Me and the team had a blast running around the city and seeing the sights along the way. 100% recommend it!

Awesome day out with the team. Very professional and well through through scavenger hunt, seeing the sights of Austin and also getting to meet a few friendly locals along the way. Very highly recommended for a fun day with friends, colleagues or family.

I’m a frequent guest and this time in this city we chose the upgrade of the next gen app. It was like living in a video game as we darted all over the city. I’ve never played Pokémon Go but it was a similar concept based on what I’ve heard. This experience was unlike anything we’ve ever done before. The bonus was that we got a fast paced tour of the best of Austin. The remote host was friendly, upbeat and helpful and added to the uniqueness of the experience. Just do it!

This is a SCAM. This is not a scavenger hunt. There is no tour guide or person there with you. YOU ARE ALONE. The tour dares you to do things but it's not a scavenger hunt. The title is very deceitful. The person from the tour texts you with missions you have to do, which are dares. The description says that you can walk or drive to each mission. Our 1st mission was a 15 minute drive so that would not be a walkable. Our mission was to drive to Gucci Goodwill. We did not receive any addresses from the tour person. We GPS Gucci Goodwill and we end up at a use to be Goodwill which was no longer open. My friend and I could not find the location for Gucci goodwill. We wasted time, money, and gas for nothing. We decided to end it because we believed that this is a SCAM. I would not recommend this tour to anyone
