An awesome experience of Switzerlands beautiful mountains and lakes. Our driver was a terrific guide making great stops for photos, answering many questions all with a gracious attitude. Highly recommend him for anyone hoping for a wonderful experience from Lucern.

I have used viator in the past and had a good experience. This time it was beyond awful. I made a reservation for Anne Frank tickets in November with viator so I could assure that we had the tickets. They were more expensive than just buying them directly from the site but I wanted to assure that the 8 couples going would have tickets. They cancelled a couple of days before we left and the venue was already sold out. So we traveled to Amsterdam to see Anne Frank and failed. They offered us absolutely no recourse.
I booked the Swiss Countryside with them also and regretted it terribly! I tried to contact the driver the day before to assure that we were scheduled and he never contacted me back. I booked a private transportation for 8 couples and he showed up with a mini-van with three of the seats facing backwards. This trip was through the small villages of the alps and the roadways were very curvy and mountainous. Upon request, (I refused to get in the car) he exchanged the vehicle for a larger vehicle. He barely spoke any english and gave us absolutely no tour with the exception of driving us. He skipped two of the sites on the itinerary and tried to convince us that the small falls we were supposed to see were in front of us. I had a map pulled and assured him that the falls were very large and on the other side of the lake. He drove very fast around corners and did not interact with us al all hardly.
