It's a promise: you will get soaked during this wet and wild trip to the famous white waters of the Niagara Whirlpool. Don't forget to bring along a change of clothes for after the ride, as this tour is certain to make a splash! We have disposable ponchos available, but they aren't guaranteed to keep you 100% dry.
The jet boat tours are fully guided and your river guide will provide an entertaining commentary throughout your ride. The trip lasts approximately 45 minutes (from departure from the dock to return back to the dock) and may just be the most exciting tour of Niagara you will find!

Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of Jet Boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund
Wheelchair accessible - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 44-inches tall (1.1-meter tall) - your average 6 year old.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.

Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).

The ride of your life!! A must for thrill seekers. The wet boat ride will leave you exhilarated and a smile from side to side. Going through class 5 rapids was unbelievable. A must if you are visiting Niagara.

Visit was on May 17 2024.. was added to a large group... An we were q group of 2..we were treated phenomenally...an the experience was the best...Thanks to the staff for making us feel safe and included.. absolutely would recommend... Just don't sit in front row ...lol

Great experience! Wet, cold, and fun, all wrapped up together.
The captain maximized the experience with his driving skills. Zach was informative, the history and his explanations were great. It was a beautiful ride.

My wife and I enjoyed this tour. It was a lot of fun and you do get very wet so it was wise to bring a change of clothes. They need larger locker units or they need to tell you to come wearing a swimsuit instead of regular clothes. I was going to buy the whole photo package and was disappointed that I barely showed in the video and photos. Please, you do need more cameras to record the people or tell me where to sit so that I will be in the field of view for the video camera. I wanted that video but all I could see was the Chinese group that we shared the group with. I wish that the trip was longer in duration. I wish that there was a thrill ride version where there are more bumps and jumps like when I white water rafted in Costa Rica. On the positive side there is a military discount and I appreciate that military discount. If you want the video and photos it matters were you sit so ask ahead of time about that. I thought it would not matter so I failed to ask beforehand, and they failed to tell me that they only had two cameras recording the experience. If you are there when the free trolley is running you can take it from Niagara Falls all the way to Lewiston; give yourself plenty of time and take into account being at the launch site an hour ahead of the departure time. Buy a cell phone plastic holder before doing this activity. The water temperature in September was fantastic. I just miss all the awesome pictures I could have had...

So glad I booked this! We would definitely go again if we get the chance. Mike was friendly and helpful. A bit difficult understanding him during the ride - not sure if it was the mic or the speakers but he sounded like a Chinese Australian, lol. I didn’t want to swallow too much water so we sat in the middle. Well worth it. Bring dry clothes and place in combination lockers provided!
Changing room and bathrooms on site.
We skipped the photo - sorry, not that good! Maybe if it were in front of the boat?

Everyone........I want to emphasize EVERYONE on staff provided for an over-the-top welcoming and professional experience. The manager Jessica D - made arranging for a group of 30 absolutely seamless and Captain Paul took us on a life-altering ride------- one that I am certain, no one will EVER forget!
