The trip was good. Was a great cruise around the islands which was unexpected. The problem is meeting instructions. We almost missed the boat. They say 9.30 departure. At the dock by the Train station is 9.00.!!! Get clear instructions when you get the ticket..before the boat.

Following our 11-day cruise, we ended up in Trieste, Italy and then we were driven to Venice. Because of a lot of rain the day we arrived, we were unable to take one of the two tours we had booked. We were able to take this tour because the sun came out on our second day. We had no trouble finding the ticket booth where we exchanged our voucher for tickets on the water taxi. Our trip started on the island of Murano where we saw a very interesting glass blowing exhibition. After that, we were directed into the shop where hundreds of Murano glass creations where on display (and, available for purchase). Following that, we had free time to explore the island before get back on the water taxi and heading for the island of Torcello. There wasn't much to see on the island after walking down the one road into town other that a few small shops and a lovely cathedral. After that, it was time to board the water taxi for our final island - Burano. Best know for their lace creations, we had time to explore the island, shop for lace products and take in a demonstration of how the items are created. The only negative for us was that our narrator on the water taxi was a little difficult to hear and understand as the speakers on the water taxi weren't great and the narrator had an accent (Italian) that made some of the words difficult to comprehend (also, there was a lot of talking going on with some passengers that made it hard to hear). We recommend the tour even without the narration.

This is a very inexpensive way to have a guided tour to all three of the islands. You only get 50 minutes in each Island so if you're wanting more you need to take individual ferries. Great information along the way!

We did this trip & enjoyed it. Murano is the 1st stop at the glass factory, no hard sell allowed to wonder about. (Exit is not clear) . Murano is just a small place & nearly all the shops are just glassware shops. Burano is a little bit bigger with more variety of shops. Both nice places & worth the visit,

This tour is really an overpriced water taxi ride. They have a guide who speaks 3 languages over a distorted speaker coupled with the roar of the engine makes hearing her near to impossible. She sits in a cabin with driver and has minimal interaction. They tell you a time to be back and then try and leave 5 minutes before the nominated time then be rude to you for arriving at the time told to be back. Torcello Island is a waste of time better off spending more time at murano and burano. It feels like tourists are a necessary evil to them. Staff totally unpleasant. Take a local ferry and spend the time you want.

It was a beautiful trip visiting the three islands. It was just way too rushed by the time we walked in from the boat. It was almost time to turn around and come back.

This is a terrible company to deal with. We booked a tour at 2 pm. Arrived at the pick up location at 2 pm, waited in line and at 2:01 pm they said it was too late. The next pick up location was San Marco at 2:30 pm, arrived there and the same story. No guide.
