1. Alfama
Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood and the most charming one, it’s considered the historic soul of Lisbon and its steep, cobblestoned lanes stand just as they were in medieval times. This area is best known for its fado houses and the great festivities of Lisbon which honors “Santo António” (St. Anthony) during the month of June, luring thousands of people into the streets. This neighbourhood resisted to the terrible earthquake of 1755 and this is one of the main reasons that contributed to the preservation of its authenticity. This charming area retains some of the Moorish atmosphere with its alleys, staircases and clothes drying on the windows.
2. Chiado
On the 25th of august, 1988, this area was severely affected by a terrible fire which destructed partially this neighbourhood. Since then, owing to a renovation project coordinated by architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, Chiado has recovered and features the highest real estate property prices in Portugal nowadays. Considered the most emblematic and cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Lisbon, this area is full of all kind of shops, national and international fashion designers, ateliers, art galleries, bookstores, cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.

calm and prosperous district where you may see the Royal Basilica of Estrela with its ornate Baroque facade and the pleasant Estrela Garden (with breathtaking views over the Tagus and the red spires of the 25th April bridge). Considered as one of best neighbourhoods of Lisbon, with large homes and thoughtfully preserved palaces and mansions, this is a quiet and trendy area.
4. Miradouro das Portas do Sol
.After a moment to relax at the top of the viewpoint we’ll start going down the hill to salute Mouraria, Lisbon’s most multiethnic neighbourhood. Here you may find all types of restaurants because about a fifth of the population is from Asia, mainly from China, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan.
5. Torre de Belem
Belém Tower: Built on the northern bank of the Tagus between 1514 and 1520, the Tower of Belém is one of the architectural jewels of the reign of the King Manuel I.
6. Chafariz da Praca 25 de Abril
One of Lisbon’s most notable ex-libris! This steel suspension bridge across the Tagus River is often compared with the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
7. Mosteiro dos Jeronimos
A World Heritage monument, this is one of the most prominent examples of the Portuguese Late Gothic Manueline style of architecture in Lisbon.
8. Praca Da Figueira
This square was once Lisbon’s main marketplace. It was home to a covered market, which was built in 1885 and demolished in the 1950s. In its place, a bronze equestrian statue of King João I was erected.

• A maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
• Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
• A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
• Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
• Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
• No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
• Our Eco Tuk Tuk features a transparent side cover, possible to rol up with good weather.
• Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.ply.

We had an incredible experience with Marta!!

The Tuktuk experience is hands down the best way to see huge amounts of the city easily and get acquainted. The private tour is awesome because The guide is considered of what you are interested in and can make customize choices along the way for what to go see an experience!

Marta was an awesome host! Her and the other guides at this Eco tours company seemed like the coolest of all the companies we saw. They were fun and easy going and got us straight past the lines at the hot spots and knew how to drive and park at an expert level!

Will definitely come back for more!!

We had a terrific private tour with Baltazar. He was knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. We were picked up downtown at the Hard Rock café and driven around a wide variety of sites. By the end of the tour, we had an excellent perspective on the city.

Magnificent walk through the districts of Lisbon and Belem with Hugo. He speaks French very well and knows everything about his city, will even avoid holes in the paving for our comfort. He goes out of his way to find solutions to our improbable requests.
