Waited for an hour for driver. When the driver finally showed up, we got in his yellow taxi. Not a private transport. save your money and use the Taxi to central Athens —- flat 25€ cost for four. Taxi line moves fast!!!

Our driver was there waiting for us as stated in the arrangements. He provided commentary on the way from the cruise terminal to our hotel. The ride was pleasant and informative. He made us feel welcomed to Athens.

We had a private transfer from our cruise ship to our hotel in Athens. Someone was supposed to be holding a sign up with our name. We did not see anything. After Searching through several emails I finally found a number to call. They said our driver was there, but we still did not see him. After we looked and waited an hour, we called back and she said the driver had taken someone else! Then, we had to go wait another hour in the taxi line. It was unbelievable they would take someone else. We then cancelled our private car to the airport for fear no one would show up.

I wanted to change our time of puck up because the ship had us exit an hour early. I could not find the phone number at first, when I finally found it the message said press 9 for English. The lady I spoke with had very bad English and I had no Greek. So, we waited in the heat for the driver who was very nice.

The company cancelled our transfer 40 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. We had to wait 2 hours outside in the sun for a taxi.

Excellent driver who shared history as we passed sites in Athens including one of his favorite foods, Moussaka. Driver was on time picking us up from the cruise port and had a sign with our name making it easy to locate.

Provider arrived at the docks at 6 a.m. while the ship only disembarked at 9 a.m. Service was not provided by charged for. Had to make alternative arrangements to reach destination.
