The marketing of this tour is really good, they have offices everywhere and the hotel maps are branded by them. So, it dead easy to buy a ticket.
However, by what happened to us, and watching what happened to many others, what then transpires is this. You present your ticket to the staff. They are clearly irritated that yet another foreign idiot doesn't realise you need to exchange this for a different ticket. Dismissively, they send you over to line up elsewhere for this.
OK, now it is time to (try and) get on the bus. "Avanzar, avanzar, avanzar," you are rudely commanded (Move ahead). Alas, the bus is full: standing room only, like being in the peak-hour crush back home at work. We watched out the door whatever we passed as best we could.
No-one had offered us a headset, although standing customers would not have any points to use them. I interrupted the staff busy talking together and requested headsets for us and when we found a seat, could use them eventually.
The seats are very compact: too bad if you are tall. I noticed some disabled people really struggled.
The recording of the English narrator sounded like she was totally bored and couldn't wait to get out of the recording studio. The script was so formulamatic we could predict the descriptions: the dates of construction, the architect etc. This was funny the first few times.
On a 90-minute trip, most of the recording was however music: and just a single piece. I think this company could spend a few Euros to change the sound track a few times during this time, so it was not torture-by-muzak.
This was my first and last Hop-On Hop-Off Tour.

This was simply a terrible experience all round. I have mobility issues and am in my seventies, my wife and i hopped off the bus and got back on, my wife had our tickets in her hand and the driver came over and started screaming in her face in Spanish, couldnt understand a word he was saying and he was extremely aggresive.The rest of the staff were all just as uncaring.The tour itself is a complete waste of money, lasts for an hour and doesnt go anywhere near the main sites.Touring round office blocks and car parks is just not high on my list.I have travelled all round the world and without doubt this is one of the worst experiences, there is another company doing similar tours (green bus) but stay well away from these charlatans.Total rip off and horrible staff to boot

Plaza España is incredibly beautiful!
Amazing city . Their culture is expressed everywhere. The bus gives you a very overview in what to expect.I want to return soon .

Though we already had booked our tickets and had paid for it, we were made to wait in the queue where people were choosing and paying to book their tickets.
When we were explaining that we already have our tickets and showed it to them, they were rude and still made us stand in the queue. They simply disregard people.
There is another bus tour green in colour. I would recommend to go near the Golden tower and book the green coloured city bus tour....I don't remember the name.
And if you have already book the tickets, then be prepared to stand in the queue and waste your time.

Terrible service, onerous price for the service rendered...or rather not rendered...
The bus has only a few stops in one direction... this means that every time you take it you have to go the whole way round, wasting time.
At the Isla Magica stop we waited for the bus for almost an hour... a shame!
I absolutely do not recommend
Not to mention that the bus passed while we were crossing the road....it didn't even stop for ten seconds at the stop.

I have diabetes type 1 since I was 5 years old (I have been a diabetic type 1 for the last 28 years). I was on a short trip to sevilha today 1/06/2024 and because of the heat I was having a low blood sugar (hypoglicemia) and 2 of your employees did not allow me to get on the bus with the icecream I had bought to rise my blood levels. I showed and told them that I have diabetes type and that I needed to eat to feel ok, but they did not care. They said the icecream could not come with me...I trowe out the icecream, because the alternative was for me to remain in the heat and risk collapsing in public. I opted to collapse in the bus. Thank good there was no need to call an ambulence. Is this your normal procedure?..the way you treat people with chronic diseases when they ask you for help and compreension? The day started good, but it could have ended very bad for me because of the inhumanes working at your company.

We bought the bus ticket for 48 hours, on May 22 and 23, it was full and the tour schedules were not met, the buses took time and we had to wait several times for the next bus because the one that arrived was full, we even saw some foreign client who asked them to return the money and they told him that they could not return it because another bus would come soon, but the worst thing was on May 23, after several stops, we got off at the Triana San Jacinto stop and when We were going to return, we were there for more than an hour and no other bus passed, there was a man who called some phone number and they told him that no bus could pass through there anymore since some brotherhood from Rocío was returning and they had closed several streets, that's what they said. Those responsible for the bus had to know and they had to inform the clients. Thank goodness we were in Triana and we had about 15 minutes walking to the apartment. If we were far away, I don't know how we would have had to return, not informing us. That at a certain time there would be no more buses seemed FATAL to us, we always usually hire City Sightseeing everywhere we go, lately in Valencia, Malaga…. And in all places it has been great but in Seville the truth is that I do not recommend it at all, a real disaster.
