The views were great, awesome tour where we got to see bear cubs!!!! This is a great way to get to see the mountains without all the hiking. Mark accompanied my friend whom just got a new prosthetic with such kindness! Would recommend!!!!

Wow!! What a great tour!! David was AWESOME and showed us the BEST places! Even made sure we saw a bear first thing.. except we saw a total of 6 and were lucky enough to see a waterfall! Amongst so many other amazing things.

David the driver/guide was a wonderful guide and source of information on the national park and surrounding areas. It was a perfect tour for my family, one member who is less mobile.

The jeep tour was alot of fun. Our guide, Sam, was friendly and knowlegeable, and worked hard to make sure we had a good experience. It was only my two friends and I on our tour so we had lots of time to interact and ask questions. We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the off-road section!

Jeff was a wonderful and very informative guide. He knew exactly how to tailor our trip to accommodate my 82-year-old mother-in-law and made sure that it was a memorable experience for all of us.. we especially enjoyed the four-wheel-drive experience at the end of the tour. Jeff made it extra special for my mother-in-law and believe me at 82. It was an absolute hilariously, fun and adventurous time.

I read many reviews before booking this, and debated whether or not to do it. Yes, it's true that you can drive the majority of the tour yourself, but what I found invaluable was the information that our driver gave us. Our driver was David, and he was very friendly and super informative. I would recommend going early in your stay, so you can get the most out of the information they give - we had only planned on going to the Great Smokies National Park one day, but went back after our Jeep tour to check out some of the other things David showed us. Unfortunately, it was very foggy the morning we went on the Jeep tour, so we didn't have the views I was hoping for, but that is not something Smoky Mountains Jeep Tour Company can control. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

We took the tour to get an overview of the Smokies and we got just that! It's nice to be able to sit back and look at the scenery with someone else driving! We had two kids aged 9 with us, and they enjoyed it as well. Our guide let us out at several lookout points for pictures and a bathroom break. You're allowed to take a drink and snacks. Don't forget your jacket because it gets chilly at the high altitude. The last part of the ride was a little off road backroad experience.
If you have a sensitive stomach, or get car sick, this might not be for you. You are buckled in the jeep and there are straps to hokd on, but you're going to get jiggled around, there's no way around it.
