We booked for a group of 8 at a travel agency. We asked for 5 star boat with pool , showed us lovely boat
Booked and paid got to the boat and it was a2 star boat at best
No pool ,dirty, food cold and chewing
Apparently they have 5 boats under the Dragan bay Crusies we got the old and dirty as per pictures. Also they rate their own boats, they are not rated by Tripadvisor . We we’re shown boat with bath tub and pool and looked beautiful
When complain on board the boat they told us the one they showed us at the travel agency was booked out but didn’t tell us that when we booked
The only good thing was Lee our tour guide
The outside furniture had no cushions on them and you’d get 3rd degree burn if sat on them
No outside cover either
So be very careful with this company
You pay 5 star prices but get 2star quality

Very nice cruise. The crew on board is very nice and the tour guide Harry is very entertaining and friendly. The food on board is very good - but also very much :). It was a great tour group. Halong Bay is very beautiful. We saw it in sunshine and in thunderstorms and found both scenarios impressive. Unfortunately the kayak trip had to be cancelled due to the weather.

It was our first overnight cruise and the experience was amazing. Yummy was our tour guide and he was very professional and supportive.

Bruce Lee was a funny and entertaining guy and made the 2 days amazing!! He gave tips and tricks what to do in Vietnam. Besides that, he also gave tips what NOT to do in Vietnam. Do not hesitate, book with Bruce Lee!

We had an amazing time on this tour. Bruce Lee was our tour guide and he did an amazing job! He was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Boat clean, well maintained and rooms exactly as in pictures.

As a Canadian this trip was amazing, unbelievable landscape.
Me. Lee made this trip a 5 star, best tour guide I’ve had in Vietnam, he is very enthusiastic.
My only complaint would be the food!
they have a set meal plan with no options to choose from.
All in all it’s an amazing experience, Mr. Lee went above and beyond for everyone.

Mr. Lee was our tour guide during the trip, he took care of us and have very good experience, sadly the weather was mostly raining all the time, but we had great & chilling 1 night stay at the cruise.
