We did the Sound of Music Tour on 12th October, 2024 and enjoyed it thoroughly. Would recommend it to all my friends if they ever visit Salzburg. Both the driver and the guide were fantastic. I would like to know their names please. I think the driver's name was Ferdinand but not sure of the guide. Please let me know who did the Tour on that day. My husband and I travelled from India and loved this Tour!!

Our Guide Eric was the best. He was a great story teller, made sure to tell us about the real von trapp family history vs the “movie” version of their life. As we toured and visited the sites, he made sure we would all sing together in the bus. It was a lot of fun. Eric was an exceptional tour guide. So glad we got him!

Our guide Mitch was charming, vivacious and full of fascinating information. His excellent enunciation made everything so clear. It was a Saturday, so we got a close up view of two weddings! He was the best guy by far of our entire trip. And he knew the best place to get wurst and brot, right next to two band members from one of the weddings.

The driver/guide David was great in every respect. Very knowledgeable and caring. No hurry and good route. His singing was better than ours!!!!!

We are a family travelling with 3 generations. This was a great way to see key sites from the Sound of Music and concurrently visit some of Salzburg's historical landmarks. We even had the opportunity to see the lake district outside of the city. Warner, our guide, had wonderful stories about the city, Salzburg's history and of course about his take on the Sound of Music. The tour was at a good pace even with grandparents. Would highly recommend this as a must do in the city.
