We never got to experience the tour. The tour guide Ignacio was rude and disrespectful to us and the hotel concierge. He cancelled the tour 15 minutes before pick up. He had the tickets for the Prado & the Royal Palace. He Totally ruined our day. It was a disaster. Viator told us to go to the Royal Palace and use the voucher. We stood on line for an hour and they told us the guide had the tickets. We had to buy tickets again and do the tour ourselves. The local tour operator Sr. Lobo studio s.l. lied and said they came on time to the hotel. We waited 1/2 hour and had the hotel talk to the tour guide who informed us and the hotel that he and driver was not coming. The hotel said they never showed up. Viator would not contact the tour operator by phone. He would not call the local operator. Viator nor the local tour operator contacted us until 3 hours after when the tour was supposed to start. It was supposed to be a four hour tour. We waisted hours on the phone with viator who did nothing to fix the situation. We were never sent a new tour guide or the tickets. Be careful because you are dealing with a third party and have no points of contact when something goes wrong. We just had the guide's number who was nasty and uncooperative.

Ignacio was extremely knowledgeable, especially in the museum. He was pleasant and easy to understand. He was very open to questions. It was more of a shared experience and not a prepackaged rote tour. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the experience.

We have been absolutely fascinated with this experience in Madrid. The tour has allowed us to get to know the most important monuments of the city from the hand of a guide who has made this experience something that we will never forget. The explanations both in the Prado and in the Palace were very interesting, entertaining, enriching and made us have an unforgettable experience. I would do any tour with Ignacio because he is at another level, he is simply excellent. Whenever I can, I will do a private tour again, adapted to the needs and interests of my family, of course, like Iganacio, no other guide we have ever had.
Thank you for this experience in Madrid that we will never forget.

Ignacio was an amazing tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable of the history of Spain and the art within the Prado museum. His story telling technique made following along very easy and engaging. I would highly recommend booking. This was such an enjoyable tour.

Ignacio was absolutely incredible! He was prompt, knowledgeable, was well informed about the art and history, and even added a personal favorite cafe onto our tour since it was so hot. It was delightful to experience the sites with him to obtain a better understanding of it all. Highly recommend this tour and Ignacio!
