Was a great experience I’ve went on many boat tours and this crew was by far the nicest and considering bunch! Dustin, Joe and the others. We saw 8 sea turtles and a monk seal. Would definitely recommend booking!

My wife and I really enjoyed snorkeling with the Blue Ocean crew. They picked us up from our hotel in Waikiki, small shuttle no huge bus or long lines. We then drove to the marina around 20 mins away where they gave us some safety tips and explained the experience. Once we hopped on the boat there were already snacks and drinks, with plenty of places ro sit inside or outside as we rode over to the snorkeling area. Everyone got masks and flippers, then we spent quite awhile snorkeling with a ton of exotic fish. Our guide gave us food to feed them which made a huge number crowd around us. Then we went back to the boat and got to free swim, kayak, paddle board etc. I tried the “water scooter” which is those things in the movies that pull you around. Every crew member on board was eager to take photos of couples which was also really nice. The whole experience was killer and even friendly to non swimmers given the life jackets and instruction.

Crew were cool, the trip was amazing. We swam with so many turtles and heaps of different fish. The water toys were also great fun. All in all an awesome time and well worth doing.

Horrible customer service and response from this team. The driver never picked us up to attend our paid for excursion and when I called they never answered or called back messages left. I also chatted with their customer “contact chat” with no reply our excursion was scheduled for 11:30am and confirmed pickup via email they sent sent. Me and my family went to pick up location at 11am and no one showed up when called them for status no answer. I called Visator and they also got no answer or reply from this team. Asked for a full refund due to the lack of response and no show to pick up as confirmed. Very poor customer service still no response from their team after 24 hours we had to adjust our day with new plans. Don’t recommend due to lack of care and customer service response.

Great trip. Crew was friendly and very helpful. Tons of sea turtles to be seen. Love the options for the other activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and motorized snorkeling. Boat was clean and lots of drinks and snacks for the group.

This was a lot of fun. We went with family and friends. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles and the assortment of fish. Kids also enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding.
The crew were very friendly, engaged and helpful. one of the highlights of the trip.
Would recommend it!

Snorkeling staff was great with our children (teens and kids). Snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding activities were fun! Seeing turtles and tropical fish was amazing. Definitely recommend! .

I had an amazing time! We saw 16-20 sea Turtles underwater and 4 Turtles that had come to the surface. Just incredible. The crew was soo nice and fun. They located the turtles for us leading the way from location to location in the water. They were there to help people who were drifting away (the current was very strong) as well. Such a positive group of people to have leading the way as we snorkeled. I went solo on this trip but never felt alone (I'm not very extroverted). The crew were proactive in taking pictures of us, giving us pose ideas and all. The atmosphere was calm and fun. After we did the snorkeling part we all got the chance to play in the water with kayaks, paddle boards, and sea scooters. They also had snacks and drinks on board. Suha, Gary, "Bossman" and the Captain (dad jokes and all) made the experience unlike any I have had before. They worked seamlessly as a team and seemed happy to be doing the job they do. Pickup and drop off at my hotel went smoothly as well. I highly recommend this activity.

The crew was extremely friendly and fun! They provided all the equipment and made sure that everyone felt safe. Definitely worth the price!
