Even after a medical emergency happened during the tour I felt the guide was very professional in handling the situation and made great effort to make sure the tour was still great.

This was a fun trip with a great and very entertaining guide. He made sure we got pictures we’d never think to take. Going thru the ice castle and getting up to the top of the mountain with all that snow was a lot of fun. Be aware though that It’s very crowded even in May and the way down by Gondola is ridiculously mismanaged and crammed.

This would have been an even better day if the weather had not closed in on the top of the mountain. Fernando (our guide) did a great job of informing us of the various sights and even alerted us to a break in the weather that allowed us to get some photos of the saddle. The itinerary was well planned and enabled us to experience a range of experiences.

I think the most memorable thing that we did in Jungfraujoch was the cable car ride going to the top of the mountain. View was great! And the ice tunnel. Amazing!

Views were pretty great. But it was so crowded that I really didn't have that great of a time. I've never been so squished in a space ever. People pressed up against me on all sides, literally shoving and pushing you. If it wasn't for the beautiful scenery from the mountain I would almost say it wasn't worth. This was a LONG day, i would say too long. Please don't bring young kids, many kids were screaming and tired and it was really annoying.

Our guides Bruno and Ping made the trip memorable. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. The trip was expensive but was worth it. We had a fabolous time and weather was kind. The pics don’t from Viator don’t do the trip justice. Please update pics from each leg for other clients to be convinced why it’s worth it. Don’t miss this trip

The tour was organised by Best Switzerland tours.. we joined the Jungfraujoch tour on May 10th from Zurich. Our guides were Ms. Monica and Mr. Gonzalez..
The tour started on time at 8 am in a comfortable coach until Grindelwald. From there on the way to Jungfrau we took a cable car with extremely scenic views of the Alps. We got down at the Eiger station and took the top of Europe, Eiger Express train which scaled up to 3250 metres. This was a scintillating experience and the scenery were breathtaking.
The Jungfrau station was well done with the Sphinx observatory, Ice Palace, Alpine station providing exciting times for all of us. We got a chance to get to Top of Europe and see the Jungfrau peak - ~4000+ m in height.
The entire place is well maintained and is definitely worth the experience and money spent. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Switzerland to visit the Jungfraujoch.
Ms. Monica from Best Switzerland Tours was the best tour guide we have witnessed ever with some much of information throughout the journey, talking about places, culture, food and kept us continuously engaged throughout the 12 hour tour.
We came back to the starting point around 830 PM and was a day to remember for our lifetime!

Jorge was a great tour guide, my partner and I had a a wonderful experience. We came across a hold up in the trip but they were able to adjust fast. The journey is long but well worth the time. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling through this region.
