It was great! A great historic tour. I like that it was self-guided. Easy to find. Lovely area to stroll around before and after. Recommended if you're into history and the macabre.

Our cruise ship wasn't able to dock because of strikes. I notified the tour 5 days in advance in hopes of them being able to work with us regarding an unplanned strike event in le havre, out of our control. They refused to be flexible.

This audio tour for our family was great. Small glitches with handset re-setting the audio was resolved after a few minutes. This was an amazing history lesson that filled in some significant missing areas of knowledge for all of us. Very well presented and respectful of the dead. Highly recommended and a good value for the cost

My husband and I were amazed and astonished by the Catacombs and the history surrounding the reasons why they exist. We did the audio tour and it was excellent!

The tickets worked at the turn style, but the attendant at the check-in desk told me they were fraudulent. Glad it worked out for us but they were not happy that we purchased them on Viator.

The tour was great and a great highlight of the trip. However, actual finding the right tickets to scan at the Catacombs was a giant pain and something Viator should fix. To get the tickets we needed to click “contact support” from the booking info and a link was in the chat. I suggest trying this while at your hotel or before to increase success with internet access.
