WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Limni Vouliagmenis
Our first stop after 25 minutes of driving will be the unique Lake of Vouliagmeni. It is one of the most impressive natural attractions of Athens, but also of the world and has been ranked among the top 10 attractions of Greece according to Forbes. Here we will enjoy our traditional Greek coffee. Until we get there we will drive along the idyllic coastal road, full of palm trees and beautiful beaches. The Lake is the hidden jewel of the Athenian Riviera. It is a Natura 2000 site and the Ministry of Culture has declared it as a place of Special Natural Beauty. Since ancient times, it has been known for its healing properties and is the only healing lake in Attica. You will be in front of a rare geological phenomenon that brings tranquility away from the busy Athens. We will share with you the myths from the time of the second world war and the contemporary studies about its unique biodiversity.
2. Vouliagmeni
Enjoy the superb route of Laimos Vouliagmenis where we will pass in front of the ancient temple of Apollo Zostiras and we will find ourselves at the cape where you will have the opportunity for enchanting panoramic photos. Ask your guide to show you the fantastic church built by the children of the orphanage, decorated with shells collected from the nearby beach.
3. Kavouri Beach
In this location you will have the opportunity to take a short walk on the beach, next to the ancient road that was built in the 4th century AC. The port was of great commercial importance and today it is an attraction of unique natural beauty. If you wish, you can extend your route here, either for a seafood meal next to the sea, or for a short swim on the pristine beach. Excellent spot for photography. You will walk along a part of the ancient carriage road, which once connected the Municipality of Aixonides Alon with the port of the coastal front. This discovery came to light during an excavation at Megalo Kavouri Vouliagmeni. From the coins and pottery found at the excavation site, it appears that the road remained in use throughout the 4th century AC. This is a particularly important discovery that illuminates aspects of the urban organization of the area, as well as the economic and commercial activity of its inhabitants.

I'd give this a 10 star rating if I could--it was so much fun! What a hoot, driving around Athens on a motorcycle with a sidecar. I sat in back of the driver (the company owner) and my sister lounged in the sidecar seat. People gaped at us as we drove by them--quite an unusual sight! I texted our driver before the trip to see if he could drop us off at the port (Pireaus) since we were taking a ferry to Aegina (island) that day and he happily obliged. We thoroughly enjoyed this transport and recommend it to everyone traveling to Athens. Unique, fun and very cool!

We had a wonderful time, me and my 12 years old son, we saw all around athens, our driver is very informative and we stop for drink and had a bite. İf you ever come to Athens you should not miss this tour. It was an amazing experience for us. Thank you

A brilliant and different way of quickly taking in different areas of Athens from a different perspective. The crew were super friendly and funny and gave us a local’s view of Athens. Highly recommended, especially if you’re only in town briefly.

We loved this tour. Just had one evening to explore the city / seafront. Dimitris and his friends were fab guides. Took us along to some great neighborhoods and stopped for the best souvlaki in town! An amazing and fun experience from a top quality professional tour company. Highly recommended!

I recently had this sidecar tour in Athens and it was truly exceptional! The driver was very professional, knowledgeable and engaging, sharing interesting facts and historical information about the city.

The tour took us to some of the most iconic landmarks and attractions of the city center, and we were able to see them up close and learn more about their significance. The highlight of the tour for me was visiting plenty hidden gems in Athens old neighborhoods that I would never have discovered on my own.

The tour was well-organized and ran smoothly, with comfortable-safe transportation and plenty of opportunities for photos. The duration of the tour was just right, not too short or too long.

The sidecar motorcycle was stunning and very well maintained (actually looked like brand new).

Overall, I highly recommend Athens Vintage Motorcycle Sidecar Tours to anyone visiting Athens. It was a wonderful way to see the sights and learn about the city's history and culture. A must try for anybody visiting Athens for the first time or even for locals.

P.S. Good idea to book well beforehand as open slots were somehow limited.

Couldn’t have asked for much more and the price is value for money! Our driver was really friendly guy…he picked us up from our hotel on time! Before we start the touring our driver explained us each part of route extensively. The route was fantastic and we enjoyed it since the weather was perfect and the view of Lake Vouliagmeni is of the most unique experience in the heart of Athens. It was a memorable experience that we will never forget. Definitely I recommend it. Mr. Dimitris thank you for all!!!!
