We will learn the Tequila process, we will taste 7 types of Tequila, which include white, reposado, añejo, extra añejo tequila and two liquors. In this Factory, the video for "Adiós Amor" by Cristian Nodal was recorded by one of the most recognized musicians of the Mexican regional. In addition, in this factory the Tequila of Adam Levine, vocalist of Maroon 5, is made.

With one of the most beautiful views in the region, we will visit the Tequila swing. We will get on the swing where we can appreciate the agave landscape. Also on site there are drinks and snacks (not included), to have a fabulous time with everyone.

We will visit the Magical Town of Tequila, we will appreciate its historic church and the center full of life. We will eat in the town market where we can taste the famous quesabirrias or meat in Tequila (food not included in the price), which are an exquisite culinary experience of the region. Then we will know the secrets that the town of Tequila hides such as; its mural, the José Cuervo walkway, its historic kiosk or the Papantla flyers show.

Stop At: Cantaritos el Güero #1, Carretera internacional libre Guadalajara - Tepic km 49 #4970, La Meza, 45380 Amatitán, Jal., Mexico
We will finish at the famous Cantaritos el Güero #1, one of the most internationally famous places on the Tequila route, in Amatitán, Jalisco. Where we will spend hours of dancing, fun and regional music. This place is famous for being the place with the biggest daily party in all of Mexico as well as its delicious Giant Cantaritos of up to 21 liters (5.5gal) with lots of Tequila, juice, salt and lemon.

I can’t describe how special this tequila tasting was! Edgar makes you feel like family and makes this experience incredibly special. He has connections to the owners of the spots where you go tequila tasting making it an experience you cannot do on your own. His knowledge of tequila is incredible and he breaks it down in a way that’s actually easy to understand. I had such an incredible time and made life long friendships. Well worth paying the extra money for this tour. You are indeed treated like family and Edgar took great care of his guests. We went to two factories and tasted a lot of tequila. Then we went downtown for a very nice lunch. Afterwards, we went to the park with giant swings and all got to ride. Finally , we had a cantarito drink at the famous bar. We had ample time to enjoy each stop. Edgar drove us very well and provided great narration at each distillery. Edgar was also very nice to find a horse for me to sit on for photos at the first distillery. The group was amazing and we even did dinner at a fancy restaurant during the end of the tour. This is the Tequila tour to do!

I went yesterday to Tequila town with Edgar as tour guide; we were a party of 4 and I would say we didn't felt rushed at any time, he tooked into consideration our preferences during the trip, even down to the music we wanted to listen to. If I come back I'd definitely try to go with him again.

Great tour! Edgar was an awesome guide the whole experience felt as if I was with a friend in town showing my family and I around. He had great suggestions for the rest of my time in GDL. Definitely recommend everyone to book their tour with Edgar!

Our guide Edgar was on time but the van/bus never arrived. We walked across the street and sat in a Starbucks for 1 1/2 hours 😡 then we were separated by 3 vehicles and only went to tequila taste, no swing, and were charged for everything

Not what I was expecting. The guides were not very informative. A lot was promised that did not deliver. Unorganized and felt rushed. The best part was Cantaritos el güero but not thanks to the tour but rather the environment. These guides are simply your ride to Distillery, Tequila and Cantaritos.

Had so much fun in Tequila with friends. Highly recommend tour. Could not have gone with a better choice. Everything in itinerary went at a perfect pace. Guide was extremely friendly, easy going and informative. We took a lot of lovely pictures and drank a lot of Tequila. Great memories were made!
