• You will enjoy a wonderful Flamenco Show and Spanish classical dance
• The Torre de Oro Group offers you a different show.

The Timanfaya Teather is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, from where it offers, both to international and resident public, a great variety of cultural proposals.
In these magnificent facilities you can enjoy something typical Spanish: A Flamenco show with a duration of approximately 90 minutes.

The Torre de Oro Group presents a different Show! Just sit back and let yourself go through the history of Spanish dance, where the only language that exists is the body, movement and passion expressed through classic “zapateando” and castanets.
Known rhythms, from zarzuela to flamenco, such as “alegrías” and “sevillanas” among others, will accompany you in this emotional show.

What an amazing show. The energy, the music and the costumes all top rate. Small theatre added to a special night. If you only see one show in Puerto del Cruz you must see this flamenco performance 👏

Spectacular show, presented in a very intimate setting. I was front row (of 2 rows) as I selected VIP seating. I highly recommend this, otherwise you are seated left and right of the stage with a number of rows. In hindsight I would have arrived earlier and had dinner before the show. The dancers were incredible, yhe musician and singer were fantastic! So authentic and traditional! Wonderful night and excellent value for money!! The host was also excellent and attentive! She asked the audience during the half time interval if anyone needed a taxi and ordered them to be there at the end of the show; walking each person(s) to their taxi with an umbrella. 10/10 Will be going again when I return to Tenerife!

Fantastic performance, extremely talented dancers and musicians. Great to see culture presented. Negatives from TripAdvisor promises in booking - you don't get to jump the queue and there was no sangria

I was prepared to be disappointed as the flamenco aimed at tourists is all about building on stereotypes. It does the job perfectly in that sense, the first half of the "show" is horrifying for someone who knows what real flamenco is. Plenty of colours, (recorded) music pumping loudly - so you can't hear the dancers' feet and somebody had the great idea to have videos running behind the performers to divide your attention. After the first half hour or so (when I was seriously considering leaving) the real musicians arrived - the cajón player who also sang (obviously not a singer, but did a decent enough job); and the guitarist whose guitar was plugged in. Now, if you don't know flamenco it might not bother you, but a plugged in guitar (as in not amplified with a microphone) completely castrates the tone that you're supposed to hear, and for a guitarist like myself it turns the whole experience into one of horror. He was technically a very good player too - but typically the kind who overplays everything and wants to show off his skills. So these two musicians accompanied the same four dancers who basically re-dressed between each and every piece. We heard the usual things: alegrías, sevillanas, tangos, bulerías, even a soleá por bulería - and in the very end after the fiesta, the encore was.....Volare by the Gipsy Kings :D Wow, that was a real letdown. To sum it up, if you actually know what flamenco is supposed to look like, avoid this show like fire (and probably all the others aimed at tourists on this island). Otherwise if you're not too bothered, the show does exactly the job it's intended to do, show off the "passion" and "fire" and "hot latin blood" and whatever the hell they use to advertise flamenco. The dancers are decent enough (and I know for a fact it takes a good and dedicated dancer to even make it to these levels of performing, competition is so fierce), the main male dancer was actually really good and the supporting male dancer looked very skilled as well. If you want to see real flamenco, go to tablaos in Andalucia, or look up who the main performers are who perform regularly elsewhere in the country and the continent.

Very fun show, entertaining performers and a lovely way to spend the evening. But disappointed that there was no sangria as advertised, so I took a star off
