Cool trip to see where we wanted to go in the days following the bus tour. First driver was great. Second one did not understand how brakes worked and kept slamming us into the seat ahead of us. Got back on the next day to see the orchid garden since it was further away and the bus windows were covered by advertisements. Otherwise it was good to get a feel for where we wanted to go and sights to see.

This is really not well run. You have no idea where to get the bus from, they are just regular bus stops and they have no signage at all that you can get the HOHO bus from there. Some signage would help greatly. We stood waiting at 1 stop for about 1/2 hour and during that time others came up and asked if that was where you got the bus from. We had roughly worked it out from their brochure.
Secondly, there is no timetable so you have no idea if you have just missed it. A rough timetable would even be some help. It is meant to come every 30-40 minutes which is too infrequent for a hop on-hop off service, especially when you are standing about waiting in Singapore's heat.
We were going to use it for 2 days but after the first day we gave up on it and the second day just used the train instead, which was much cheaper.

Our guide, Mr Just Ng was very knowledgeable about the history facts and figures regarding Singapore. He is humorous and very friendly with a good personality.
Overall the walking tour with information input from Just Ng was really commendable. We really need a humorous tourist guide to stir up a group of tourists from different parts of the world to make us feel homely and close.
Good effort Mr Just Ng !

Waste of money, maps are not clear, got on the yellow line at stop 8 & last stop was 1 & driver kicked us off, Got on the red route, pretty boring & got off the stop for marina bay which indicated it was for the gardens but no you have to work out where to cross road & get on another bus

The bus was a great way to get an overview of the different areas of Singapore. The only complaint was that the audio kept cutting out and was hard to hear with the wind when the bus was moving.

Very disappointing bus tour. Audio wasn't very good, the commentary could hardly be heard and the ear buds provided cut in and out. It lacked information or the directions of what the commentary was talking about. For the cost, it was not value for money. The initial bus stop near the Intercontinental was hard to locate and not marked with a sign. This bus tour was not a great way to learn more about the city or get around. I wouldn't waste my time or money in the future.

Love being able to hop on and off through out the city. Both lines covers most of the tourist attractions you'll want to see so it saves on taxis. The app also shows where the buses are so you're not in the dark on when they're coming.

Couldn’t hear the microphone.
Drivers were rude. One close the door and drove off when we were just 2 feet away. Would not recommend the service in Singapore

Enjoyed being able to get off and on. The night tour was amazing. The thing that could be improved is putting the number of the bus stop on their map on the bus signs on the road.

Second time we have done this. We found the roads to be a lot busier and roads disrupted by the many building sites across the city. Therefore trip slow and jerky. Seats could do with an upgrade as well as not that comfortable. Second day was better as public holiday so less traffic. If possible book a public holiday or weekend for less traffic.
Worth doing to get your bearings and see most of Singapore
Take water and hat with you as not all seats covered.
