Bart was the best guide one could ask for on this tour. He really took the time to show us around and explained things very clearly. I loved how he had no problem answering all of my questions lol. I also enjoyed hearing little tidbits of his life and how he sees Curaçao. As for the food…soooo good. My smoothie was a little eh but everything else was 10/10. The walking coupled with the driving gave adequate time for things to digest which I think is more-so due to how the tour is planned out. If you’re looking for an interactive way to learn more about Curaçao I highly recommend!! Kudos Bart!!

My most memorable moment is history that I learned about the island. Bart was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a great time with Bart. I would recommend this tour to everyone that visit the island, especially if you like food and you want a private tour. We are so happy that we booked this tour. No complaints.

Everything about this tour was amazing! My friend and I really enjoyed it. Bart was so personable and took pride in sharing the food/culture/history of Curacao. This was definitely more than a food tour! The food was amazing, so definitely pace yourself. Do yourself a favor: save your appetite and book this immediately!

Bart was so much fun to hang out with for the day! It wasn’t even like being on a tour, it was more like meeting up with an old friend in another country and having them show you all the coolest spots while sampling some amazing food! Everything we ate was so delicious and the fact that the tour was private with use of an air conditioned car was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend that you don’t hesitate to do this tour and make sure you go hungry because it’s a lot!

Our family had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with Bart. We not only learned and tried out the local cuisine but also learned a lot about Curacao culture and history! He took us around to a few photo ops around Curacao where my family and I could take pictures. We tried many different types of food we would’ve never imagined tasted so good. Bart is amazing and you would be crazy to not book this tour!

Excellent tour. Bart is a great tour guide and provides information about Curaçao and the neighborhoods while you travel from stop to stop. He has picked excellent food stops to illustrate information about the culture and the food of the country. Definitely come hungry and don’t plan to eat anything else that evening!

We had an amazing time on the food tour with Bart. All the food was amazing and was great representation of all the different cultures in Curacao. In addition to having amazing food, we learned a lot of history and how the history ties into local cuisine.

We had an amazing, amazing time on the private island tour w/ Bart. If you’re thinking about booking — stop, and just book! We got snacks, two big lunches, drinks and refreshments. Along with great food, we saw so many cool sights off the beaten paths. Lots of opportunity to take a ton of photos. But the highlight of the experience for us was definitely the authentic local food. All the food was made to order or fresh out the oven when we pulled up. Just delicious!!! Oh, and while we were on tour we learned so much about the history of Curaçao. Bart is native to the island and super passionate about his craft. He aimed to make every bit of the tour memorable for us -- and we were so appreciative. As we made our way around the island, Bart knew everybody and everyone knew Bart so we knew right away we were in good hands. Bart is good people, everyone knows this — and you will too. Book Bart. Amazing experience. Bart is an awesome cool guy and very experienced and knowledgeable about curaçao. His tour was more than a food tour which made the price worth it. Not only do you get delicious food (come hungry cause you will get full fast). But we also get to go over the island , see murals and visit more authentic places and less touristy. Highly recommend

Highly recommend this tour! Bart is a native and knows Curacao. We booked on Labor Day holiday and even though some places were closed he still gave us a wonderful experience. His knowledge of the island history is informative and his choices of eateries are all local so you experience where the locals go…. All fantastic! You will leave with a full belly and culturally enriched.
