Counted among Japan's top three sake brewing regions, Saijo in Higashihiroshima is a rare sake district with seven sake breweries located around Saijo Station.

The flowing water from Mt. Ryuo, after more than 15 years, transforms into water rich in minerals suitable for sake brewing. Handled by skilled sake brewers inheriting traditional techniques, it evolves into Japanese sake.

KAMOSU TABI is a wellness tour that invites you to feel a connection with 'nature,' 'local community,' and 'people' through the traditional Japanese art of sake brewing. This journey not only rejuvenates the mind and body but also provides insights for a better tomorrow."

The trip was very good. Had a good experience.
The tour guides Shiori San and Noa San were very kind to us. They explained about Sake in English in detail. We get a lot of information about Sake and Sake making.
The food was delicious. Finally we met the Sake Master, Suka San,whose contribution to Sake making was extraordinary and meaningful.
All in all good memories.

Sakagura-dori has a nice atmosphere and is just the right distance to walk around. This time, I went with a colleague! I learned a lot from the explanations and it was a lot of fun! I want to go again! The streets are old and you can see the old streets that make you feel like you've traveled back in time, but they're not just old, they're also very beautiful.
