We were suppose to meet a guide but he never show up. We call the office and they email us the online guide and the tickets. It wasn’t what we expected. It is hard to get a signal so you won’t be able to use their website online. I would look at other company.

The 2 tickets purchased by you were supposed to give access to the Alhambra, the gardens, the Generalife and the Alcazaba with audio guide + The Nasrid Palaces at 10am. However, when we showed up at 10 a.m. sharp, we were refused entry because our tickets did not include these entries...! Indeed, the attached tickets received from Andazari Tours do not mention access to the Nasrid Palaces... There is deception on the merchandise! Either it's a mistake or it's theft! In any case I expect compensation from you for the damage caused, especially since we were not able to buy 2 tickets to visit the Nasrid Palaces because everything was full.

We feel cheated by Andazari Tours (Husein Abusido Aarab, andazaritours@gmail.com).
We had booked the tour (68 euros for two people) through the Alhambra, the Nasrid Palaces (11:00 a.m.) and the Generalife and also received a confirmation (reference number 1120244027).
One day before the appointment we received a PDF file which was supposed to be the admission ticket. Among other things, the entry price was 10 euros per person and the time was 8:30. After complaining via email, the same PDF file came again with identical content and the information that we had booked without a tour of the Nasrid Palaces. With this ticket we didn't get into the Nasrid Palaces even though we had to pay almost twice as much as normal.

The tour itself was good.Expect it to take longer even as self guided when there are crowds since you cannot always move easily from location to location within the site. However, finding the location to check in was difficult and we lost a bit of time trying to get things sorted as some of us did not get the email with the ticked. Customer support WhatsApped them to us within a few minutes and gave me a link to the tour so that helped.. More precise instructions would have been helpful.

I want to preface, the Alhambra and Nazrid palaces, gardens, etc. are some of the most incredible places I've visited. If you're in Granada, you're likely here for this cultural site.
The company that handles the tickets (Andazari Tours) is questionable. As other reviews have noted, the timeslot selection made during checkout was inconsistent with the timeslot for the ticket. I would recommend waiting until you receive the actual ticket (24hrs prior to visit) before making any plans for the day.

We bought two tickets with Alkazaba, Palace of Charles V, gardens with audio guide + entry at 10 a.m. to the Nasrid Palaces. When we showed up at 10 a.m. with the tickets received from the agency, we were refused entry to the Nasrid Palaces because they were not included in our tickets! It’s either theft or an error on the part of the agency…!
Other than that the audio guide is well done…
What do you plan to do to compensate me? THANKS

The tickets were emailed to me the night before our visit. The audio guide was the one provided by Al Hambra.
So, you are paying to get tickets when the official office has sold out.
We did not try this, but were advised that the official ticket office releases tickets just after midnight the day of your intended visit.
