A surprisingly fun coaster. It was a quick ride but for a ride in the middle of a city it gives the thrills you'd hope for. Biggest issue was the disorganization when we got there and the hoops we had to jump through to get on board but the staff tried to be as helpful and accommodating as possible.

Unless you pay the extra $10 for unlimited rides, and literally ride as many times as your body can handle, this is a total waste. It is not thrilling, there are no great views, and it's very expensive.

Was Amazing. I love this roller coaster and I always come back! Nothing like it. The staff are wonderful and the entire experience is truly a joy!

Thank you to the helpful staff yesterday at the Big apple coaster yesterday! Thank you Yordi for answer all my questions when I kept coming back. Need more employees just like him at all areas of the casino, he’s very friendly and approachable. He knows what he’s doing great service! The roller coaster was also a blast we will be coming back in our future trips.

When the coaster is open, it is a first-class retro experience. The long runs and then the tight loops and turns alone are really worth experiencing - even if the coaster is a bit jerky and the design is very 90s.
You should definitely find out beforehand whether the coaster is running. Because of its age, it is often closed for maintenance...
The prices are tough, 25 EUR for one ride, 10 EUR for each subsequent ride. It is emptiest at lunchtime, when you can even ride in the first row...

Just rode the roller coaster at the Big Apple and it was a lot of fun. Scared the heck out of me and I had to keep my eyes closed the whole entire time because the sun was so bright. I don’t think I could’ve watched myself go down all those drops! Roller coasters are definitely a rough ride when you get older they bang the heck out of you up against all sides of the cart, but I’m just glad I’m able to do it again! Definitely would ride this in the nighttime next time so I can keep my eyes open!

I think the 11am slot is misleading as that is just the time the ride opens. Probably can go anytime, just later you go the longer queue. We got there around 11 and didn't queue for very long. Good ride, bit tight to get into seats if you are on the larger side.

The coaster is great except the harness is super uncomfortable, the beginning of the ride jolts you a lot and my ears got bashed on both sides against the shoulder straps. Made it hard to enjoy the ride, but it's got good potential, just needs some padding there to protect your ear. From reviews, seems like a known issue for years and management don't seem to have bothered to fix it ... so rider beware!
Ps. Hotel guests get 2 for 1 price which makes it valuable. I wouldn't pay full rate personally. They don't advertise this discount at all but it's part of your resort fee, so make use of it!

This attraction used to be our regular “must do” every time we visited Vegas. We always looked forward to riding the roller coaster at NYNY!
On our most recent trip we were very disappointed in the extremely poor attitude of every single staff member working there. Sadly, we decided that this attraction’s best days are in the past. We will not do business with disrespectful, under-managed, and obviously unhappy people at that attraction again.
Shame on upper management.
