Such a wonderful tour. Daniel was so informative, personable, and really personalized the tour by sharing his own personal experience that day and after. This was my second time there and I learned so much more from this tour. 5 stars!!!⭐️

this was a great tour to do once. Our guide, Sabine, did a great job with the tour. She told us stories with passion and emotion. It reminded me of the horror of that day. It was interesting to see the foundations of the old World Trade Center and to see some of the mementos of what is left of those buildings. I pray this won't happen again.

Solid tour guide by the name of Dave, made a very moving, emotional experience into a master class on education and the largest tragedy in world history.

Amy was a great tour guide.. especially for a topic as heavy as 9/11. I also recommend purchasing the museum tickets.

Our tour guide was excellent! He was full of information that you don’t hear in documentaries. I wish I remembered our guides name.

The guide, Dave, was very nice and enthusiastic. That said, there was far too much time spent standing around, hearing about things like the Oculus and the guy who built it, or the guy who built the WTC complex. Who cares? I didn't buy a ticket to the Oculus... mentioning it in passing is fine, but we didn't need to go into it. He even said it had nothing to do with 9/11... so why were we there?? 1.5 hours of talking and standing before we finally got to the 9/11 memorial. And why meet at the church if we aren't going to hear much at all about it? Definitely not worth the cost. Save your money and just buy a ticket to the museum.

Unreal, very emotional experience. Brought a lot of old memories back to the day of and the days and weeks that followed. The museum is amazing - just budget plenty of time, especially for the center, lower level that says “Average time 45 minutes.” I spent over an hour and could have spent three hours.
Dave Gardner was a great tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and takes his time. He was even there that fateful day.

Jim was able to give his experiences as a testimony to how the tragedy of 9/11 happened. He was able to tell stories of those who passed and those who were heroes that day with conviction
