This was an unforgettable experience. Our first trip to New York and our first trip visiting ground zero in the 9/11 Memorial. Tim was an amazing tour guide! He took time to not only tell his personal story, but asked about it everyone’s experience of that day. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of the memorial. Highly recommend this tour!

Jim Q gave outstanding history over the tour.my only suggested to jim would be to keep his personal story a little shorter. It's okay to share his personal story about 9/11 just make it a little shorter. Other than that great tour

First off our tour guide "Tim" was great! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He made it a point to know our names and included us in his conversation. Meeting place was easy to find and there was no waiting in line. The tour itself was very interesting and Tim made sure to ask if there were any questions at each stop we made. My favourite part was the 12 minute movie in the Museum of the liftboats taking all the people off Manhattan. Was very emotional. All in all was a worthwhile tour.

It's difficult to class this as an attraction as the nature of what happened is overwhelming. We had attraction passes which covered the Museum and One World Observatory but wanted the tour as well and booked that directly through the 9/11 website. Our guide, Tim Douglas, was able to puit a great deal of contenxt around the events of the dayand the memorial itself and took us to places around the periphery of the site that we otherwise would not have discovered. The tour was 90 minutes and kept to time so we were able to book the museum entry for the time the tour was due to end. There are some distressing parts of the museum and tour but to bypass them would be to dishounour the deaths of those who were working in the twin towers that day and those who willingly sacrificed their lives trying to save as many as possible.

Davidson is the best!!! We did the private tour and he was so knowledgeable, kind and guided the tour with a combo of heavy and less emotional facts to help my kids stay focused. He is the best!
