The tour was beautiful and the guide was very informative, but he was rude and not very accommodating for people who needed help. At the train station before the ride I understood where and when to meet for the departure but thought it was just free time until then. When the guide started walking along the lake with his flag/stick displayed, I tried to get a clarification on if he was going to be doing a guided walk to show us the places he talked about or it was just free time. He responded " I told you four times" and walked away angry. He also didn't mention there would be significant uphill walking around the train station area. After the ride in the town I had a question about finding a place to buy bottled water and he talked with several other people while I was standing nearby trying to get a word in to ask my question and then he walked away. I had to call out to him from behind.

We had an amazing time. Our guide was knowledgeable, letting us know when we could venture on our own and when to return to the group. The Bernina Express gave us views we would never have been able to see other wise. I highly suggest you try this.

Trip was good. But tour guide was not good. She hadn’t any good guide plan. Because we booked bus and train tours. Sometimes she arranged longer walking rides

Beautiful mountain and valley vistas with multiple photo opportunities and some time to relax and enjoy St Moritz.
Monica was our guide to go was very informative and enjoyed answering questions and interacting with the group. A fun and relaxing way to visit the area.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Due to force majeure due to my mother's hospitalization, we lost the excursion and they do not want to refund the money (which it so happened that they had to change due to “transportation problems”) nor do they want to refund the money with 24 hours remaining and with the places full! ZERO HUMANITY this company! In Europe EVERY company will refund your money due to force majeure, EVERYONE!

The views are spectacular and so is the train, the problem with the tour is the TERRIBLE guide. We thought that having the tour from Milan would make the experience easier and more agile and it was a mistake. The guide named Marco had no interest, he did not respect the schedules or organize the group, everything was a horrible disorder. Waiting for people, balls to get on the train, onto the truck, no one respected the places. I don't understand that it is difficult to organize a group but of the 4 tours we took in Italy this was the WORST, and what do I say in Italy in the whole world, I have never seen a guide so uninterested. We would have done the experience alone, there was no added value when hiring the tour. I don't know if it was the agency, but the others had also been hired by Civitatis. Recommendation, buy train tickets on your own.
