Experience the city and learn its history in a whole new way. Players set out with a backpack that contains an ancient book, locked box, and special tools to solve puzzles in the city using its architecture and discover a real story from history. It's an escape game, a historical walking tour, and a treasure hunt all wrapped in one!

It was such an amazing and fun way to get to know Amsterdam. I highly recommend this game. Suggesting places to eat and drink on route was also a nice touch. Ben is a brilliant and accommodating game master.

We did this as a team building activity for work and we had so much fun! It was also awesome learning more about Amsterdam's history in a fun and interactive way. I can highly recommend it!

I had the chance to participate in a team activity organised by Mystery City Game
It is a great way to discover ( or rediscover) amsterdam and pay attention to architectural details i had never looked at!
The game is really well made, as much for the story as the actual props (which are all made in house btw!)
Its not too difficult so you really get to enjoy walking around and discussing the questions, i recommend trying it!

Amazing way of discovering Amsterdam. We loved it! We took our Time and stopped to have coffees and lunch. We spent half day wandering and discovering the city.

The game consists of fun puzzles and a great way to experience the city. Learned a thing or two along the way. Good props and nice to see the thematic headquarters at the end.

Nice assignments, but a bit expensive per person for what you get. They did a nice job on the route through the center. Only if you pay 25 euros per person, I think a backpack with some assignments is very pricey...

We had a wonderful time solving the puzzles despite the wet weather while walking around the city. We retraced some of the steps done earlier with a bike tour and a walking tour and can say the game provided great coverage to sightsee if you aren’t doing other tours. We got distracted and popped inside the Old Church which was one of the stops. The map was clear and the clue book had a good variety of puzzles.
