Jewish Ghetto and the history there, including Holocaust remembrances. Our guide, Lorenzo, grew up in the neighborhood. Enjoyed getting away from the crowds and walking quiet neighborhoods.

We thoroughly enjoyed this 3 hour walking Tour of Venice. Our Tour Guide Mateo was born and raised in the Venice area, so he was extremely knowledgeable about Venice, its history, people, places, culture and beauty. One of the highlights of the Tour was visiting Venice’s Jewish Ghetto and some of Venice’s oldest Churches and Bridges. We sincerely appreciated Mateo’s insight and knowledge of the areas he took us to. We found the Tour to be extremely educational. Mateo also spoke excellent English and was very pleasant. There was only my Girlfriend and I on this Tour with Mateo, which really made it enjoyable. All in all, a great Tour and an excellent Tour Guide!
