Terrible people cancelled the transfer just before arrival. THen send out a different car. Promised to return the money , I effectively lost 95 EUR. How this is still legal?

Both Segesta and Erice
were lovely. Nice car.
Driver was pleasant but knew next to nothing about either place, and his English was VERY limited.
