Communication with the operator was smooth. The 7-seater we booked was apparently stuck somewhere 30mins before our pick up and the operator immediately whatsapped to inform and swiftly got us a replacement within 5mins. Considering we were up on a mountain, we were impressed. Got upgraded to a limousine bus so there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Driver was polite, skilled, and the journey was very smooth with toilet breaks planned at suitable timings. Overall a very pleasant experience and I’ll be sure to book with this operator again should I return to Hanoi.

Great, convenient service from Sapa to Hanoi. Much quicker and more comfortable than a bus. Our driver arrived early for our pick up and made a stop at a rest stop along the way. Would use again!
