Stop At: Milford Sound, Te Anau, Fiordland National Park 9679 New Zealand
Take a stunning Scenic Flight to Milford Sound from Queenstown, with our fly cruise fly package including a 2-hour Cruise.
Milford Sound is New Zealand's premier tourist destination, and the sheer scale and staggering beauty of the fiord are experienced from all viewpoints.
We will fly you from Queenstown over the Southern Alps with breathtakingly spectacular and endless panoramic views of lakes, forested river valleys, waterfalls, jagged razor-backed ridge lines and snow covered peaks.
After landing at Milford we will choose whether to take the shuttle bus or, if time permits, take you on a short walk through the bush and foreshore to the cruise boat. Once on the boat, you will take a leisurely cruise along the whole length of the fiord. After the cruise, your pilot will escort you back to the aircraft for the return flight to Queenstown along a different flight path.

Peaks of the mountains and dramatic scenery. Milford Sound was stunning and the flight memorable and amazing. Andrew our pilot was informative and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Amazing trip- highly recommend!! Liam and his crew were excellent - informative while ensuring our flight was smooth and scenic! The cruise was lovely- also fantastic staff on board that worked hard to ensure the best views, were highly knowledgeable, and even offered to take pictures! All around worth every penny. So happy we decided to use True South and did the fly-cruise-fly. This was unforgettable!

This was a truly wonderful experience! Everyone involved is professional, helpful and super friendly. I was picked up from my hotel, taken to the airport, we got on the plane - kudos to Jason our pilot - smooth ride all the way there and back! When we landed in Milford, we got onto the boat, 2 hours of fun sailing - the captain was hilarious and made the cruise extra entertaining! Then back on the plane and back to town. The views from the plane were incredible, was able to take some photos as well which will make for a nice memory. Thank you everyone for such a great experience while here in NZ! Special thanks to Belinda, Peter, Henry and Jason (and the rest of the crew whose names I don't have). :)

Flying with True South Flights from Queenstown to Milford Sound was one of the best experiences we've ever had. From the moment we boarded, the service was exceptional. Our pilot, Liam, and his copilot were incredibly friendly and professional, immediately putting us at ease. Despite not being a fan of flying myself, I was amazed at how smooth the flight was.
We soared over stunning mountain ranges, taking views of incredible glaciers and cascading waterfalls. The scenery was absolutely mesmerizing. The landing at Milford Sound was out of this world, perfectly executed and leaving us in awe.
The boat ride through Milford Sound was equally fantastic, offering us a chance to see more of this natural wonder from a different perspective. We were thrilled to spot some dolphins along the way, which was the cherry on top of an already perfect day.
This experience was truly unforgettable, and we can't recommend True South Flights enough. If I could, I'd give them 1000 stars.

The entire team at True South were amazing. Luke was so knowledgeable about the area and provided an incredible inflight experience, loved every single second of him at the helm. Would recommend this experience to anyone, truly once in a lifetime views.
Communication was the best I have experience from any company ever. Initial date was weather impacted and the staff immediately assisted in re-scheduling. Best advice is to make initial reservation for early in your stay so you have the chance to be able to fly if weather is not on your side.
