DO NOT ,, I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK A BOAT WITH THIS CROOK! We showed up to the boat yesterday only to learn once we got on board that there was no generator. Which means, no fridge, no electricity whatsoever. Had to keep our food in a beat up old cooler. The boat was dilapidated. Old, seats torn, one tiny table that wasn’t even sturdy. One working speaker. But the kicker… was once we got out on the water, the captain informed us that the owner was not allowing us to go over 7 mph for the entire 4 hour booking. 7 mph!!! People on paddle boards were lapping us. The owner was texting the captain the entire time because he could see if he went maybe 9 mph . The captain also told us he has microphones on the dock so he can hear your conversations! Gross and weird and illegal!!! He has to throw out a manual anchor because , surprise, the anchor didn’t work and the lily pad to sit in had a gigantic tear in it so you couldn’t even sit on it. We contacted the owner who said that that this was all in the contract. It was not! If it were, it was hidden purposely, because who in their right mind would rent a boat for over $1200 to go 7 mph on beat up piece of garbage? Wake speed is 20 mph. So imagine that??? I am actually contacting BBB and any affiliate of the boating community to report this charlatan. Pan Ocean is the name of this boat. Stay away from this. There are far too many reputable, working and legitimate boat rentals in Miami. Take our experience and steer very clear of this moronic , dishonest and disgusting outfit!

It was awful , they gave us time frame that was off so we were late they call the captain right before our ride we had no ice in cooler good thing we had our own cups which didn’t do any good because there were no ice had pay an additional $100 for captain fee on arrival that we didn’t know nothing about

We were celebrating my daughter who was graduating from medical school. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Juan was a great captain. We brought sandwiches and beverages and enjoyed the fresh air and all the beautiful homes on the waterfront. If any complaints, there was one bottle of champagne for 9 people. If I had know we would have brought more ourselves. But overall experience was great.

Saw 5 dolphins bobbing up down in close proximity to us & swimming in the ocean . Helpful captain .Sendong time with the family
