We are trying to bring a new perspective to phi phi tours. We offer smaller group and more organized service. While all other tours start at 9 in the morning, we start at 10:30 so that the places we go to are less crowded. Our comments are the assurance of our quality.

it was just amazing! Excellent organization: they came to pick us up at the hotel; upon arrival at the port you can have breakfast (included in the price); the guide was extremely helpful and very professional; refreshments on board the catamaran; snorkeling equipment is included in the price; good lunch; breathtaking views. I recommend always wearing sunscreen (we got burned) and buying rock shoes.

Great trip! Definitely recommend it if you want to see the Phu phi islands. The tour started with a Hotel pickup on time and a nice little breakfast buffet at the Marina. The team than shares what to expect from the day. I recommend to bring some tongues or slider but it is not necessary to purchase the underwater shoes they sell as you are not meant to step on reef anyway! The tour is great for experienced and inexperienced swimmers as they offer different options for snorkeling and also a Sup. The crew made sure we were always looked after with drinks and snacks and the lunch buffet at the hotel had options for everyone. Be aware that whilst you are in a small group on your boat all of the spots you visit are very touristy and you will definitely not be the only boat there. On the way back the boat ride got very bumpy! Definitely not for the faint hearted and children under 10!

We loved this tour. The tourist guide ‘Latte’ was awesome ! And all the crew members were very nice and friendly too.
We were happy to have a smaller group on the boat than usual.
It was very busy everywhere we went and super hot but they tried to give us enough time for us to enjoy it.
I loved snorkeling 🤿 , it was amazing, so beautiful and ‘Latte’ was super helpful and very kind to help me out because I am not a good swimmer and I get scared, she made sure I was always fine and she was with me the whole time. Super helpful and grateful for her 💗
The organization was very helpful and the price is very good for the experience.

This tour was great! Our tour guide, Timmy, was hilarious and so helpful and personable. The views and beaches were stunning and nothing felt rushed even though we crammed a ton into the day. We even got picked up/dropped back off at our hotel so it was a FULL day experience. The only two negatives I have are the lunch buffet (it was not good😂 but the people serving were at least really sweet. The bathrooms at the place we ate at were SUPER disgusting too, but hey, it’s all part of the adventure!) and the 90 min ride back to Phuket was terribly bumpy. But you can’t control the waves! And lunch didn’t take away from the overall experience so I think that overall this tour still deserves all 5 stars!

This was by far the best trip I had in my life. The views, water and of course fantastic tour guide "Latte" and her mates "Espresso", "Ameicano" and "Cappuccino" XD. Never saw such energetic, kind and helpful guide. 10000% must have while in Phuket.

Great day! 4 islands. Good buffet lunch at restaurant. Cold bevs all day as needed. Semi enclosed fast catamaran. 2 - 250 outboards. Wouldn't want completely open boat for this. Only drawback was engine noise. I wore ear plugs on 1 hr return. Mask, snorkel, jackets, floats and kayakon board + more at the shop. Very attentive and accommodating crew in safety, comfort and enjoyment. Over a 1000 people go to these islands every day from Phuket and mainland. All tours are very organized in sorting out the people, different boats and tours. They have to be. Very long day and not for those with physical difficulties. Also, we were 45 min drive from Deep Sea Port to marina. (included) We are 70 y o, but did fine.

I did a previous boat tour which was amazing but felt it was more of an adult experience than a more intimate tour for the family. This trip exceeded my expectations and our two children (12 and 9) loved it. Staff knew our names and there were 25 people on the boat. Loved the snorkelling, saw the monkeys and the boat ride was super enjoyable and we all loved travelling at speed. A fun filled day and perfect for our last day in Phuket. Glad we signed up!

Really great tour, enjoyed every moment and I highly recommend Andaman Surprise. Pick-up was on time, breakfast was okay and everyone could find something to suit themselves. Swim fins are included in the price but make sure you ask for them at the shop as they will give you your mask and snorkel on board the boat but not the swim fins. After an hour, we visited the first island, Bamboo Island where we had our first snorkel, then off to Phi Phi Don where we stopped for lunch. The buffet lunch was very good (Thai, pasta, chicken, vegetarian, etc). After lunch, we headed off to Monkey Beach for a short stop then onto to Viking Cave for our last snorkel. Passing Pileh Lagoon we stopped at Maya Bay one of the most photographed tourist spots). We were given fresh fruit, snacks and cold drinks all day.
Latte our guide was awesome as well as her crew - espresso, americano and cappuccino! As a single-legged amputee, I was always treated with respect from all the crew on board, they were very helpful, kind and humble. Whilst it maybe a little more expensive than other companies – you pay for what you get and with Andaman Surprise company, you get a lot! 👍👍👍

I can honestly not fault it one bit!
Everything from the staff, to the locations, to the food was perfect!

The crew and boat were excellent, very well run trip. They were very attentive and friendly . The boat was clean, new, very comfortable. Even the babies on board slept thru rough seas.
