We purchase the GO city 2 to 7 explorer pass from GYG and were informed that we just need to scan the QR code mentioned on the GYG app. However on reaching the site, we were denied entry stating that there's a separate eticket that Go city should have sent. Unfortunately after spending a couple of hours trying to get in touch with them for the eticket, got no response. Since then, have wasted a lot of time requesting for a refund via GYG. Best to avoid and book on site to avoid such hassles and humiliation.

Great! everything worked well. some info needs to be updated around getting physical tickets for entry, for example: Art Science museum- no need to book just go through with app. All good though, Everyone is very helpful.

Go City was great for our family. All the passes were paid for and on my phone so nothing got lost. There were loads of activities to choose from and the directions on how to get to the attractions were excellent. I would highly recommend using Go City

It's hassle free. For a small city like Singapore a 3 pass is much recommended. We used 5 option pass for Changi Jewel, Madame Tussauds, Cable car, Gardens by the bay and Hop on Hop off. Only con is we couldn't go to Night safari (instead of Jewel) as the site says Booking is required but the funny part is even if you try Booking ahead of the show the Booking will not go through and you will not get a confirmation email- while this is Night Safari Mandai's problem and not Go City's issue - it becomes a traveller's problem

Scam. I tried to purchase an explorer pass for 4 people online, just to receive an email 30 minutes later saying my order had been canceled. No reason, no explanation. I'm told it will take 7 to 10 days to get my money back, and Go City support is telling me to place another order! The failure was due to mismatched billing information, but I paid with Google Pay. So they want to take more of my money and "hold it" for a week? With no indication of what went wrong on my first order? Not worth the risk

Go City was convenient along with saving a little money to boot. We bought a 3 attraction pass, starting with the Big Bus which was offering 2 days for the price of 1. We were able to navigate our way around on this easily.

Go City proved to be the best option for our time in Singapore. We purchased the 3 choice option and started with the Big Bus (2 days for 1 luckily) which we used as our transport.
Easy to buy and allows you to choose which attractions you wish to visit.

We chose the 7 attractions Explorer Pass for our stay in Singapore. We used it for the following attractions: Big Bus Hop on Hop Off (were lucky to receive a 2 day pass rather than the standard 1 day due to a special promotion); Raffles Long Bar/Singapore Sling; SkyPark Observation Deck; Singapore Zoo; Bird Paradise; Sentosa Island Bus Tour; Gardens by the Bay Flower/Cloud domes.
I used the app and presented the passes at each attraction prior to entry. It is very simple to use and the app shows the history of where you have been and how many attraction entries are left.
Highly recommend the explorer pass as you don't need to worry about cash/credit card use at attractions as these are paid for prior to your visit and as an added bonus, it is cheaper rather than paying as you go.

Brilliant choice to use the Singapore Go City 7 attractions, saved over £60 BGP per pass and we had 3 of them. Also easy to use when arrived at attractions

I purchased a 3 attractions pass for out visit to Singapore in September 2023. Unfortunately our tour was cancelled right at the last minute due to mechanical issues. We were promised a refund by the operator but since I had purchased through a third party, I was directed to GoCity, who then directed me to Headout. After being promised assistance within 48 hours, no correspondence was received after a month. I used the online chat but they were still unable to assist and instead offered me a credit.
In summary, whilst the pass has the potential to save some money, it anything goes wrong, a tour cancelled, adverse weather etc, the follow up and customer service through Headout is absolutely appalling.
I would recommend purchasing tickets directly with the operator. This pass has been a big waste of time and money, unfortunately.
