Bukit Lawang jungle trekking was a beautiful Experience. We Could see different types of monkeys and the very relaxed orangutans. Also,we learnt about different trees and the efforts to keep orangutans in their natural environment. Our guide and guide assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful when we needed a break or even helped us with our bags. Food was amazing during the trekking and the campsite. We camped next to the river. Accomodation was simple but confortable. We felt very welcome. Hafiz, Hendrik and Rendi took care of us all the time.

That was one of the highlights of my life so far. Two three-day jungle tours and several day tours.
Since I will definitely return, I will book the tours again with Izoen and his team!!!
From the first moment you feel like you are in a small family, everyone is looked after and all wishes are tried to be fulfilled. The guides treat the animals and nature with extreme care. Knowledge is imparted at all times. There is always singing and laughing, whether while hiking or around the campfire in the evening. And you definitely won't starve. ;-)
I recommend staying in Bukit Lawang for at least a week. The people and the entire environment offer the perfect moment to completely switch off. Just sit by the river for two days or walk through the town and observe. Go in contact with the people, you will be all time safe.

It was just a fantastic experience. You start the tour in a wonderful small village in the middle of the jungle. Then you make this 2 days trekking on the jungle. You can see a lot of monkeys and orangutan. The guides uncle bob and amri helps you with everything you need, and they try to make you see as much animals as they can. I really recommend this tour for everyone.

Unbelievable, great team, organization 100%, the guys on site gave it their all!!! We felt very safe and comfortable. Lovely preparation of the food - jungle a dream and we saw lots of orangutans 🦧. The hike should not be underestimated in these temperatures.

If you're looking for the best nature and cultural experience, SeeBukitLawang is the number 1 choice. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Izoen did a wonderful job providing information as well as arranging transport from Medan and arranging my stay in Bukit Lawang at Sahnan Guesthouse. My guides Arie, John, and Rijao were the best!!! They were constantly looking out for me and making sure I had everything I needed. Not only were they courteous but they were great guys who knew how to have fun. These guys were very eco friendly and were always respectful of the animals and making sure we were leaving no trace in the jungle. I learned so much from these guys and can't wait to share my experience with my family and friends. If you're interested in doing a long trek like I did make sure you're physically ready for the challenging hikes as well as staying on top of your hydration. I never sweat so much in my life 🤣. Thank you guys for this once in a lifetime experience.

Encountering orangutans with an amazing tour guide was an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond to ensure the best view for the monkeys. Highly recommend this tour for a truly memorable adventure!

An unbelievable experience in Bukit Lawang.
I enjoyed the jungle trip so much. The tour was spectacular we saw 11 orangutan’s in total and a lot of other fascinating animals. The guides in the jungle have been really professional well informed and answered all our questions. They listened to our needs and adjusted the Tour flexible. The campsites have been stunning next to the river. The service made us feel like we would stay in a resort rather than in the wildness.
But the best thing was, that our guides made me feel like we are friends instead of costumers.
Also after and before the trek Izoen took care of everything. Was always available and showed me around.
The hotel room was so nice and I enjoyed Bukit Lawang so much that I extended couple of nights.
Bukit Lawang is more than just the national park. It is worth to stay a bit longer and enjoy the highlights around.

Amazing time. For a no fuss everything taken care of trip where you have an amazing time this the best option. Our guides Arnol and Dolat were super helpful and knowledgeable as well as fun. Couldn't be better.

Smooth pick up in a nice car. Accomodation was great, right by the river and nice and clean. The guides were really funny and helpful, they also spoke English well. Really good trip

I had an amazing tour with these guys. Everything was easy. Got picked up in airport by a friendly man who drove me to Batik Lawang, stayed in a nice room, before the tour started in the morning. Our great guides Arnol and Dolat was some great and funny guys. They had an amazing energy and knew the forest very well. I would differently recommend going with these guys.
