Our guides were amazing and knowledgeable. I appreciated the experience. I was not a huge fan of the cold water and we did not experience the waterslide. I also slipped and fell in the mud on the hike, so be careful!! Water shoes worked great. Do not put sunscreen or bug repellent on. It isn't that bad to where you need it.

Guide was terrific! Encouraging, supportive, and direct which was helpful. Loved sliding down the waterfall. It was much smoother than it looks. Others in my party loved the robe swing and cliff jump. I was able to opt out of these. Trails were definitely muddy and uneven. The first 20 minutes or so seemed to be beginner level to me. The rest of the hike was moderate to difficult in my opinion. Many sections were you had to go slow and slide down. I would encourage sneakers/footwear with good traction for the duration of the hike including in the water. Advised to bring as little as possible with you on the hike.

This was the most fun adventure I did while in Puerto Rico. Taína (Catherine) the guider, was the most amazing, fun, caring person. My kids and I loved her so much. She made sure our whole group was having fun and safe while enjoying ourselves. I would love to go again and have Taína guide us!!

This was an amazing trip and a beautiful experience. Catherine was an excellent tour guide. She was attentive and super sweet. She paid close attention to our children which allowed me to enjoy the hike. I definitely recommend this for families using her !!! I was at first nervous because I have a six and 8 year old but they did great and I think it had a lot to do with Catherine.

The El Yunque Rainforest tour was awesome and the highlight of our trip to San Juan! An amazing experience that everyone should do, from young to old. Of course, I credit our amazing experience to our wonderful tour guide, Katherine! She was fantastic- so personable, kind, knowledgeable, fun and helpful; it would not have been the same experienced if she was not out our guide. She told us a lot of interesting facts about the Rainforest and really made us feel safe and at ease during the entire tour. It was a great hike and so much fun doing the natural waterslide, cliff jumping and rope swing. And Katherine did a great job getting videos of our experience! Definitely a must-do in San Juan and you are really fortunate if you get Katherine as a guide!
