Excellent cooking class! My partner and I have some experience with making pasta and we were hoping to find a class that refined our technique and taught us how to make carbonara. This class did not disappoint! We were taught by Marco, a Michelin-star chef. He was entertaining and a great teacher. All of our meals tasted great and we had all of our questions answers. Our group was also really fun, making the whole experience 5-star. Would do again/recommend!!!

Riccardo and Guillermo created an easy, fun, and unforgettable experience for our family of seven. They customized the menu to our tastes and we made three pasta and sauces from scratch. Worth every cent!

This cooking class was very informative while still maintaining a relaxed environment. The class was held in a beautiful and well appointed new space. I would highly recommend this activity for anyone coming to Rome with an interest in learning how to make pasta and the accompanying sauces. This is great for couples, families, or solo travelers

My whole family and I had such an amazing time at this cooking class. The chef was super knowledgeable and helpful!! All the recepies were emailed to us. The dishes we made were super delicious!!!

Small hands on pasta making class (7 participants) with 2 chefs. Chef Gianmarco and Chef William were personable, knowledgeable and encouraging! We made pasta from scratch and assisted with making 4 sauces in a fun low stress environment. The class took place in a charming cottage setting. Highly recommend!

Riccardo was amazing! He was so informational, so funny, so friendly, and easy to joke with. I highly recommend booking with him. The class was very hands on and not an information overload. I even remembered the pasta recipe and made it at home when I got back to the states! My family loved it. All thanks to Riccardo!!

This was an incredible experience. Riccardo is funny and informative. I was in Italy for several days and this was the best pasta I had, by far. Better yet, I can now make it at home. Would recommend to anyone!

This was the main highlight of our entire trip to Rome! Riccardo and John were so friendly and knowledgeable and made the night one to remember. We got to learn how to make multiple dishes and sauces and each one was completely delicious!!
