We booked this tour for a small group experience, as advertised for a maximum of 14 people. Turned out there were 32 people and it was very difficult to keep up with the guide due to narrow sidewalks, losing connections etc, having to catch up when she didn’t wait for the whole group to cross at a light. Very disappointing to pay a high price for this tour and have this experience, when I called Viator to advise of what happened, they could not care less.

The history of the Last Supper…we didn’t know many of the details until then

The Duomo was amazing…our guide knew so much of the history of this cathedral and gave us details in an enjoyable way that we all had a really good time

Simon was amazing, witty, and so knowledgeable and divulged the information in a way that we were not overwhelmed. The last supper was so worth it! Amazing and so glad we didn’t miss it. Tickets are hard to come by so this was an excellent way to see it. I highly recommend it.

It was miserable with 28 people (advertised as a small group of 14). The place is crowded so constant losing our guide. He would be pointing out statues but we couldn't see them so by the time we caught up, didn't know what he was referring to. It was a long walk of 3 hours and very hot. No breaks or refreshments. Our guide was knowledgeable but between all the people interrupting the flow and the large number of participants it was not very good. Why advertise a small group and then get a group twice the size you thought you paid for. At the end at the Last Supper he left us. It was a 40 min walk back to where we started after walking for 3 hours and if it wasn't for our phones we would not have known how to get back to our hotel. Very disappointing. Bad advertising to tell you the group will be 14 people and you end up with 28. Will not use this company again.

Our guide had a very good, clear voice and was very knowledgeable about the structures and history of Milano. We covered a large section of the central part of the city, with a slow walk through the Domo, a half dozen other important attractions viewed from the outside a walk through the castle, and finally our 15 minutes with the glorious Last Supper. We love to walk, so the 2 hours of walking were no problem for us, but could be an issue for the elderly or if you have a physical issue with walking. That being said, our guide walked at a very leisurely pace.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. He explained the history behind many things. It was a good tour. The Duomo and The Last Supper were definitely the highlights. The location to meet the guides is easy enough, but can be tricky for some. Stand facing the front of the Duomo, look to the right and find the row of small shops. You will see the guides in front of the Mondadori shop.
If you wear hearing aids, bring a pair of headphones that you can plug in the receiver you get to hear the tour guide.
Cons: There is a LOT of walking through areas that aren’t really of interest. There is one bathroom break at about an hour and a half in. It is at the castle. It is a 15-minute break. Bring water.
