The Bahamas Rum Cake Factory produces bundt rum cakes in several scrumptious flavors, like Pina Colada, banana, chocolate, and plain pound cake. The cakes are marinated in the famous Ole Nassau Rum, distilled in Nassau on New Providence Island, and they especially go great with ice cream. These cakes are available throughout the island as well as in the departure lounge at the Lynden Pindling International Airport and at Festival Place on Prince George Wharf. They are vacuum packed for shipping and will retain their flavor. You can get a tour of the facilities and free tastings when you visit. Homemade jams and jellies are also available. Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. / Sunday 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

Chippie was an amazing tour guide! My husband and I thought she was so knowledgeable about the island and we were amazed by how well loved she and her family are with the locals.. This was the best excursion I’ve been on, hands down. They were funny and informative. Very interesting. More than that, they made it fun. We went to the rum cake factory, the beach, we stopped and got conch fritters and a wonderful “drink” 😁 the bus is open aired and comfortable. Do yourself a favor, when you are in Nassau, look them up! you will not be disappointed!!
When I go back next year, I will be seeing them again.

The energy of the owner stems from love and passion for her country, this is felt through the excursion.
This tour exceeded my expectations, as described we visited all the stops and ample time is allotted for each stop. This tour was very much enjoyed and her high energy, love, and passion for her country, locals, and tourists made this experience a memorable one for me.

Cruising on Celebrity Cruise line. Visiting Bimini island so we googled tours on Bimini island and Chippies Bahamas came up through “Getyourguide” websites. We booked it last minute and were excited about the tour. When we disembarked the ship and asked about directions we were told that it was not on Bimini island. The only way to contact them to cancel is through their APP, so I texted them and told them the situation. I booked the tour an hour before contacting them but they refused to cancel the booking saying, they could only cancel 24 hours. I explained to them I only made the reservation an hour ago but they didn’t care and could not offer any alternatives for Bimini. Customer service and reputation means nothing to this company. I noticed that many of their positive reviews are not verified accounts. It’s seems to be their practice to put tags for surrounding locations to increase their reach on the internet. This is a deceptive practice and raises a lot of red flags. When you complain they just tell you that you should have read the fine print. Honestly, when your on a vacation and you are in a hurry to book a tour you don’t start reading fine print. Don’t trust this company! Deceptive practices and policy. They could have easily cancelled but I guess they would rather get this review. No integrity
