The cenotes were beautiful, and our tour guide, H, was great! We did not spend a lot of time at each cenote, maybe 15 minutes at each one. All in all, I don’t think you’ll regret going on this tour!

Cenotes and tequila tasting were great. Everything else was terrible. We took the tour, including the transportation. We expected a 45-minute van ride (according to the details and our hotel pick-up location). It took us an hour to get to our destination. The actual start of tour was supposed to be 9:30a.m., however, it didn't start until 10:15a.m Once we signed our waivers and were assigned our guide, we were then stuffed into a van with no a/c and staff standing up in a rickety van on a terrible road to get to our first cenote. The van was dripping (raining more like) condensation from the a/c and through the vents when it rained.
They told us we would have 45 minutes per cenote. Then, when we arrived at the first one, they changed it to 30 minutes per cenote. They also then told us our driver would be there at 2:00pm (not 1:30 as indicated on the terms of the tour). Our guide, Matt, was awesome! The first cenote was small, and there was little instruction. The second one was larger, and we also had the tequila tasting, which was succinct, informative, and fun. The third cenote was the best, and had a jump deck, stairs, or zipline to enter. The photographer was good (we would have taken more pictures if we knew they were going to be so good). After we finished, we had to get back in another van to go back to our start point. Also, two of the people on our tour were smoking which made it not enjoyable to be in the beautiful outdoors with cigarette smoke coming at us. Then, we were herded to a place for our "snacks" (which was at the end so that they could get our photos ready). We were really hungry by then. We got the free snacks, only port, veggie or fish tacos, and they were very small. Then we had to wait for them to allow us to go out the exit to get to our van ride back to our hotel.
The cenotes were great and so was Matt but there was so much mis-information and outright lies, so we would absolutely do a different tour company if we were to do this again.

Our tour guides Ebo and photographer Mario gave me and my girlfriend a great experience! We very fun and great personalities made us feel very welcome! Also where very well organized and made sure we always where having a great time. All 3 Cenotes offered a different and unique experience that is fun for everyone. Tequila tasting was very informative and obviously lots of fun as well if you like tequila! Highly recommend this trip!

Ebo and Charlie were great! Wild ride on dirt roads to the first cenote which was actually pretty fun, AWESOME fresh clear and cool water with jumping platforms or stairs for the less-adventurous. Overall 10/10 experience with 2 adults and 3 teenagers 13, 15 and 19 - they were Meh about going but said it was AWESOME.
