By purchasing the ticket 24 hours before the start of the tour, the client acknowledges and accepts that access to the Museum is not 100% guaranteed. However, visits to the shop and the chocolate fountain do not require any additional tickets or reservations.

Our tour guide, David, was a pleasure and the excursion was well worth the price. He picked us up at our hotel, which was very convenient, and took us to Zurich University. There was a beautiful view of the city from the university. He then gave us a short walking tour of old-town Zurich.
After we walked through old-town, David led us to the ferry on Lake Zurich and told us to get off the ferry at the second stop. As we sailed the beautiful lake, David drove to the stop and was waiting there to pick us up and take us to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. The museum was well worth a visit (yummy!). He then delivered us back to our hotel.
This was 4 to 5 hours well spent. It is a perfect excursion for your first visit to Zurich.
