A first class volunteer experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out at the panda centre with our guide Wells.
The booking was very easy, Wells met us at the hotel lobby and took us to the panda centre.
Wells had a good knowledge of the pandas, he was very informative and spoke very good English.
The volunteer experience was lovely, you had to prepare the bamboo for the pandas, make pandas pie, chop the leaves for OAP pandas and Tidy up.
The pandas really are cute, it was beautiful to watch them and see how content they are.

So I am very obsessed with panda and my husband shares my obsession. We picked this tour as we wanted to have as much time as possible to see the pandas without being tied to a group of people and it did not disappoint. We had Wells as our tour guide and he was amazing very knowledgeable about the pandas and was willing to take pictures for us which is always a big plus. The day we went it ended up being a rainy day which actually turned out for the best as the pandas were very active and we saw more panda then we would have done on a sunny day. We will definitely consider using this tour group again the next time we want to go and see pandas again

We visited this splendid park throughout the day in total autonomy, entry for over 60s is free. The use of the internal shuttle is recommended given the distances between the various sectors, the cost of which is 30 yuan per person. The Bamboo Palace is very beautiful from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Had a great experience with Wells at the panda breeding center. He helped us navigate the crowds and saw lots of giant and red pandas. He told us about the pandas, the center and the city in general during our tour.
Wells also joined us for lunch and dinner shopping afterwards. His english is very good. He knows some very challenging vocabulary words from his studies.
Wish we had more time together with Wells and in Chengdu.

Seeing the pandas was an amazing experience. It was made even better by our fantastic guide, Wells. He was friendly and warm and very knowledgeable as well. He speaks English amazingly well. He went above and beyond even helping us after the tour.

Had an amazing experience with Jojo our guide showing us where to go and avoiding long queues. The whole morning was fantastic, we managed to see so many pandas. She also shared with us all her knowledge and experience about the city other than the panda’s breeding center. Will definitely book with Aviator for all my travel excursions in the near future. Wells was a good guide. Punctual at hotel. Showed us practically the whole park without stress and helped us with carrying our buggy down the stairs 😄 thanks Wells. Saw few pandas actively as we had an earl pick up at 7:30AM . Prepare for loads of tourists though .

Booked the half-day option and it was amazing! Sylvia was an awesome tour guide and we had a seamless pickup/tour/drop-off experience. Be ready to get your steps in, the park is massive & we were able to see all of it. Would definitely recommend this if you're planning to check out the Panda Base while in Chengdu!

This tour was great! As a couple that can only speak English, we would have found it super difficult to navigate the park on our own so we thought a tour would be the best option. We were picked up from our hotel and the tour was private with a guide called Jason. I could write a whole review on Jason alone, super kind and interesting person, very attentive, and perfect English speaking. Would 100% recommend.
