The tour was marred by poor audio equipment. Half the time I was struggling to hear the guide who was knowledgeable and had clear explanations(when I could hear!).

Ninja was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide who pointed out the different interesting matters, artefacts and structures. She did not hurry us and gave attention to everyone.

Our tour guide was Nina. She was extremely knowledgeable of the cathedral and history of Milan. She answered questions and was very thorough in her explanations of different parts of the cathedral. Excellent tour and highly recommended!

I enjoyed walking through the church to learn of its size and see the stained glass stories. The information given was quite detailed on the history of the building as well as the people. The rooftop view was equally as beautiful.

Milan is a very beautiful place, I didn't have the opportunity to visit with euros, very little internet, so I will evaluate it properly, the people are not local, they are foreigners, they are not places to live, but to visit

Guide was a bit boring really she had the knowledge but just her delivery was boring also she went too slow for the tour in my opinion we had to leave as it was taking too long and got bored. Also I didn't see any where on booking we had to cover legs and was embarrassingly unprepared

Beautiful beautiful site. The rooftops have amazing views. The guide was thorough and didn’t lose anyone in the crowds. If you’re in Milan you have to see the Duomo and rooftops. You also should book ahead cause it’s crowded and the entries are all timed. Elevator only takes a few people at a time but worth it to save all those steps to the top. Using the steps to come down is easier. Nice to have a guide to explain things and direct your attention to the most important stuff.

The electronic devices we were given to hear the tour guide’s narration did not work for the first 1 & 1/4 hours. We were then given new electronic devices, which were better, but they weren’t great. Because of the problems with the electronic devices, I would say we missed 2/3 of the narration.
The Duomo in Milan is a must see and I would recommend the rooftop tour.
I would recommend a different company next time.
