Day 1: Cusco - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes
Stop At: Sacred Valley of the Incas, 0051 Peru
After breakfast in your hotel, you'll be picked up at 8:30 a.m. and travel to the Sacred Valley train station located in Ollantaytambo.
After a 1.5-hour train trip through the magnificent Vilcanota canyon, arrive in Aguas Calientes (hot springs) around 12:30 p.m. We will take you to your hotel where you will spend the night. The balance of the day is at leisure to explore the town or visit the hot springs.

Stop At: Moray Valle Sagrado de los Incas, Maras 08655 Peru
Optional on Day 1:
Maras - Moray and Salt Mines tour is available before taking the train for Aguas Calientes. Pick up from the hotel will be at 8:00 a.m. to visit Maras-Moray and the Salt mines (entrance not included) in your private transport with private guide as well. Later, take the train from Ollantaytambo for Aguas Calientes for the regular itinerary to begin.

Accommodation included: Overnight: at a 3-star hotel either Casa Andina, Waman Hotel, Gringo Bill´s Intipunku& suites or Hatun Samay hotels.
Day 2: Machu Picchu - Cusco
Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
After breakfast, head to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
We will take in the sunrise, then you can head for Huayna Picchu (Need to be requested in advance for an extra cost) on your own without guide.
It will take about 2 hours round trip, then return to Machu Picchu where the guide will be waiting for you to start the guided tour in Machu Picchu for about 2 hours. Visit the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of Three Windows and various cemeteries around. Then you will have free time to relax, take pictures and enjoy the last views to. After that you will take the bus to go down to Aguas Calientes for Lunch (not included) and take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where transportation will be waiting for you to transfer to your Cusco hotel.

Highly recommend this trip!! I feel like we got a chance to see so much in such a short time. Our tour guide, Michael, was extremely informative, timely, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure everyone had an amazing time. We did a great variety of things. I also didn’t feel rushed; I felt like we had ample time to do and see everything we wanted.

This was a great tour with Luis & Roman. I can’t say enough about Luis’ knowledge regarding the area. This was perfect begining from scheduling with Fredi to the end of the trip. We added an extra night to give us more time in the area.

Would highly recommend booking this trip for your visit to Cusco/ Machu Picchu, Miguel Flores was the guide we were gifted with - so much knowledge, friendly, engaging and went above and beyond to show us his country and the history. So many memories made with the highlight being of course Machu Picchu citadel. Already planning to come back, also made some lovely friends, feel very fortunate! 😊

A beautiful and unforgettable tour. Every step along the way was CLEAR and PRECISE. Our tour guide MICHAEL made sure we experienced everything personally. He was very intelligent in the Inca culture and gave us good insight.
The tour bus, the train, and the hotel were very clean. MICHAEL made sure we experienced Machu Picchu to it’s finest. He even offered to give us alone time, but we wanted more info from him!

Gary and Jimmy were very knowledgable and interesting to listen to when they were talking about the history of Machu Picchu.
We loved that they picked us up from our hotel, walking with us to the bus station and ensuring we had the right documents.
They were very accommodating because our flights got messed around and they helped as much as they could’ve with that situation!
They also take great pictures, so no need to worry if you don’t have someone to take pictures for you!

Our tour guide was Efrain. We had a great time and really enjoyed seeing Machu Picchu. It was a once in a life time opportunity. I would definitely recommend.

We just had a super tour done in Machu Picchu with guide Michael Flores. This guide took his time (3 1/2 hours) and explained everything clearly. Super guide. Would recommend him to everyone who needs an English guide.

This was the best trip I’ve ever been on. Michael Flores was our tour guide and was beyond incredible. He gave us so much knowledge and history and was a please to be around. When they open the tomb in 2026 I will not hesitaste to book another trip. His passion for what he does is an inspiration for everyone to follow what they love.

Luis is a wealth of knowledge! An Incan expert! Juan kept us safe on the roads and our gear safe while touring. The transitions were well handled and we hope to come back and do it again one day.
