Only 20 minutes away from Surfers Paradise, paddle away from the city to Wave Break Island and get ready to have fun. In just 2.5 hours, paddle around the spectacular sandbanks of the Broadwater, a place where you might have the chance to spot dolphins, stingrays and hundreds of subtropical fish.

Water visibility and wildlife spotting may be affected by the force of nature (e.g. winds, rainfall, tidal currents) and Seaway Kayaking Tours is not responsible should this occurs.

Myself and my husband went on this morning tour. The water was fairly calm which was great. The guides gave us very good instructions on how to kayak and what to do if the kayak capsized. We didn’t have to kayak very far and it felt very safe which was great. There were a few kids in our group, the youngest was probably aged about 6. The snorkelling was good fun and we saw lots of fish. The water where we snorkelled was quite shallow in places and you could actually see fish in a foot of water. This tour is perfect if you are anxious about snorkelling or kayaking for the first time, or have kids with you. The snacks provided were great too. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would recommend it. Sincere apologies, I can’t remember the guides names but they were both lovely and helpful.

The tour was relaxing and enjoyable. Nelson was very helpful and friendly. It was a great morning!
My teenage boys loved seeing the different fish and the weather was perfect.

Had a lot of fun - we had never kayaked or tried snorkelling. The instructors Dave and Nelson were very friendly and patient. Good experience for first timers.

Would definitely recommend this tour. We did the kayaking and snorkelling tour to wave break island. Our guide Lochlan and Sergio were great, provided good safety brief before the tour. We went at 13:30 tour . Good snorkelling spot was near to the rocks however because of low tide and heavy wind it was bit difficult to go there thus limiting to see anything except for some fishes near to the shore. Tour did provide some water and light snacks which was great.

Fun couple of hours. The kayaking was very enjoyable and the instructors gave a great briefing. They were very friendly and helpful. The island beach was very nice also.

Had a fun time on this tour. We were lucky and saw lots of fish. Even got to see a dolphin from the shore. Caroline was a brilliant tour guide.
