We experienced breath taking views unbelievable Mother Nature’s creation❤️!
There were some prose and cons like we expected to get WI-FI on the VAN and the hotels you provided us it was medium class and there wasn’t any restaurant close buy to eat dinner except 7/11 and Wendy’S and couple of others they were located 2 or 3 miles from the hotels! I had to walk there at 8 PM with my disability’s 😉

The tourist guide brought her dog along the way which is ridiculous, plus her introduction is blind and dull. Their tour is boring and tedious. When they booked the hotels they booked short of 4 rooms making us wait for another hour and half……at night

The parks were amazing the hotels were adequate. The bus driver was awesome. The tour guides were not great and too many languages to go through.
One tour guide was nasty and the other just gave facts and no interesting stories or fun times.

The itinerary and sceneries were awesome. We have an excellent and safe driver. However, i did not expect that the interpreters could be talking at the same time around me which can be very disturbing. I also felt that it seems unsafe for the tour guide to allow tour members to walk to the front of the bus to take pictures during the journey. Tour group will be more ideal if it is smaller in size (my tour group had 45 members)

It was more than excellent - this tour was well organised, the guide Lorenzo was well versed in the area, topics of American culture and history, very funny, and also thoughtful in the needs of each passenger. The driver Jenner was impeccable at his job, and a pleasure to ride with - smooth driving, always on time. They both managed to create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, and at the end it almost felt like everyone became a family in a fleeting moment. They also recommended really good, not too expensive, not too cheap restaurant options. Overall there was good energy in the tour throughout. The bus had comfortable seating, a balanced AC system. And, boy, is it worth it - you get to see so much glorious American nature scenery, that you definitely get overwhelmed, in a good way. At the end you’re left with a feeling of peace and accomplishment, like you’ve just travelled to Mars and back. Amazing tour!

Experience was unbelievable. Our tour guide said it perfect that this tour is like a wine tasting. We saw many places, each place a short time but plenty to see all the beautiful landmarks.
